Knights Inn Peru

Rooms very clean. Has the fresh clean smell. Freshly painted room's. Bed very soft. Clean sheets & pillows very soft. Like the fact that you can park your vehicle right in front of your door. Front desk very friendly. House keeper doesn't try rush you out on check out day like most motels. We've stayed at this motel numerous times and will continue. I give this motel a 5

Don't let the parking lot discourage you. We had a great room, a lot better room than we had at previous nights at more prestigious places. Freddys, restaurant in the parking lot also had good food.

I have had my share of "affordable budget" motels in the past few years. This one was VERY clean and recently remodeled. The owners are very friendly and live on premises. So there are no shady characters coming and going as far as I could tell. Some of the comments mentioned below that the bed was not very comfortable but I did not have that experience although I will say there were a couple of insects as in flies or crickets in the room as they leave the doors open to air it out. I would highly recommend staying here!

The room are very clean. The bed is comfortable. The staff are nice.I was worries about bugs but there were none. I will definitely be back.

This is a very basic motel with limited amenities. But I give it five stars because the rooms are clean, and there's a microwave and refrigerator. The staff is friendly, parking is easy. But the best feature is the price. It is a terrific value. I will be coming back.

Newly remodeled rooms with new beds and carpet. Very clean.

This place has improved dramatically and it was a very pleasant stay and it was exceptionally clean!!! Cleanliness is next to Godliness!!! I would definitely recommend this place Now, and will look forward to staying here again!😃

I stay here at least twice a month. It's always so clean and pretty and so nice to stay with my kids they love riding their bikes in the parking lot and to go pick up food we usually order from the restaurant in the same parking lot as knights inn. That place has great food by the way I would give that family restaurant 5 stars everytime for service and the food my kids and myself love each time. The service at knights inn is always great and they are so polite and easy to talk to and seem like hard workers who really care about making each person's stay as comfortable and clean as possible. I would not choose even the bigger hotel across the street over knights inn and I'm serious. This place just has everything I would want in my room for my stay each time. I love the flowers they put in the room too!

110% great value. The room is clean and even something approaching "fresh" (which is outstanding for a hotel in this price tier). Generous size space, with a lounging chair for watching TV (~35 channels, widescreen SD, 32" LCD), a tall dorm room fridge, fast wifi (~50mb) and a small microwave. Electrical outlets/plates are not worn and likely have been replaced within past couple years (fire safety+) if I had to guess, and in fact I'd guess the entire room was refreshed - if not far more recent. AC/heat (knee-hip height wall mount unit, basic but functional) worked well. Good lighting. Bathroom is basic, but like the rest of the place: it's clean. Everything worked as it should/well maintained.

Property is well lit. No riff-raff hanging around or any other sign of criminal activity.

I feel like I got a great deal. I've stayed in Holiday Inn Express rooms that weren't this clean.

We stayed here upwards of 4 months and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Right off the highway. A great stay. Amy is great!

Don't let the exterior fool you, it may not look the greatest on the outside, but it is a very nice place to stay in Peru, IN. Owner/Manager was very friendly. Recently remodeled interiors, new parking lot. The nearby restaurant was very reasonably priced, great breakfast, huge portions. It's not the Ritz Carlton, and they need to beef up their exterior appearance and signage game, but if you need clean, comfortable accomodations, this is it!.

The Lady that checked us in was great we got3 beds in our room which was clean toiletries was well stocked and she gave us the 3 bedroom for the price of2 had A nice place to sit and talk in the evening with swing and grill just awesome

The nicest knights inn I've ever stayed in! Comfortable bed, rooms were just redone. Nice bathrooms with amazing water pressure and hot water. And NO BUGS! Great price. 👍

The rooms are very nice... They have vending machines and it is close to a restaurant. It's right off US 31. Very comfortable, very clean, I will stay there again.

Nice rooms, with affordable prices, and weekly contractor rates.

Very nice people comma they will try to accommodate you any way possible. I needed some papers printed off and they let me hook up to their computer and print them. Rooms are clean shower is hot.

We had an awesome stay at Knights Inn. Everything is clean and awesome. Also, the staff is very nice. I highly recommend you to stay at Knights Inn Peru if you are in that area. I just loved the stay and highly recommend that to you guys too.
