All the staff were so very friendly plus very professional. The Doc was very professional and knowledgeable. And all were so kind to my cat. Extremely pleased.

We drove from out of town to bring our Aussie for an exam and preventative care, let's just say, we've found our permanent vets office! Our boy is a hyper, loving, wild thing and everyone in the office was fantastic with him! We've been to other vets in the past and felt like our furbabies are just a number, but not here. They took their time explaining everything that was being done, gave us options, (and gave lots of treats) and you could tell everyone in the office has a heart for animals. Thanks for being amazing with our Multa!

The staff and Dr. Pugh are very compassionate and caring. It was finally time to make the decision to let my 18yr old dog Frankie make to journey across the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Pugh and her staff made that journey for her and us possible. She understands the pain we as pet owners have when letting a part of our fur family move on. She and her staff gave us time to be with her and she gave us options on how she would start our Frank's journey. We were give all the time we needed to say our last goodbyes, hugs and kisses. She talked to her like she was her own. I thank them for all they did to make our Frankie's journey pain free and quick. They are all wonderful.

They are wonderful here. I had a million questions and they were so patient with me and answered them all. I’m a pet parent that worries and they made me feel at home and not annoyed with how long our appointment took because I had so many questions and that’s so important I don’t even get that with drs for myself sometimes. I called every vet within four counties and they all turned me down. I had actually almost given up but I called Miami County Veterinary Clinic and not only did they agree to see my cat but they saw him that same day! He is a feral and being kept in a cage so I was so thankful for that. Even though this cat got scared and gave them a hard time, they treated him with kindness and patience. I would like to use them for all of my cats in the future if they would have us there!

Miami County Vet Clinic has been caring for my cat for 21 years and I am so thankful for them. They are kind and compassionate with her and give me information to make the best choices for my cats health.

The folks here, Dr Pugh, and her assitants, did a remarkable job on my pet cat Jumper. I called several other places and they refused me. But Miami County Vet, did a remarkable job. Thanks bigtime

I was warned to watch the prices, because, SO EXPENSIVE, is the reason. My charges were so reasonable. They actually came out less than I had been quoted, so im not complaining.

Absolutely wonderful care! Staff are happy to assist and answer questions. Even during their construction with all the added distractions they showed my pup care and kept him comfortable and at ease with the noise. They were happy to give tips for our up coming travel plans for the holiday to keep my pup comfortable and happy.

Everything was great. They helped me carry my cat outside because I am disabled and needed help. Romeo loved them and was giving the vet kitty kisses so they are Romeo approved.

My cat Louie had to have a blood transfusion because he became severely anemic..the staff explained the procedure to us.I felt that Louie was in very good hands.Dr Pugh is very knowledgeable..

Dr. Pugh is very knowledgeable and helpful during each visit I've been in the office. She not only wants to take care of everyone's pet, but makes sure they are also educated to do so themselves. I never feel like she's in a hurry or trying to just get through her day. She listens and offers advice at every appointment. I'm so glad to have found her and knowing that my babies are in the best hands!
