Best Western Circus City Inn

GREAT HOTEL! You can tell it's been recently remodeled and well taken care of. Pool is great... Heated with a waterfall! Breakfast was really good. Front desk staff (Justin) was great to work with. He helped us out with a few things we forgot. We'll stay here again.

In mid-November 2023 I visited this lovely hotel with my dog. Service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Plus, I was particularly impressed with the response and service received when my dog had a special issue. Housekeeping and desk staff were very responsive, professional, and helpful. If you are looking for a comfortable and lovely hotel in a peaceful small town area that is not only pet-friendly but pet supportive and caring, look no further. I strongly recommend Best Western Circus City Inn.

We traveled from Alabama to Indiana for Christmas, stayed from Sat to Wed. This place is very clean and the staff was amazing friendly, we had our dog and never had any problems. The breakfast was delicious and better than expected.
Definitely making reservations there again, the next trip up

Had an unplanned stop here and the room was clean and beautiful. The walls are NOT super thin so even though there was a family with a baby down the hall we did not hear anything from our room. This is a good thing. The breakfast was okay. Overall it was a nice stay.

With elderly parents in the area, the Best Western has been a convenient, clean, affordable, and well run place to stay. They are accommodating to our small dog and the staff is awesome!

Justine in the front desk was amazing! Couldn’t believe he knew my home country food! Can’t wait to book again!

My family and I (hubby, 4 kids, 5 grandkids) stayed at the Best Western to celebrate my grandsons birthday. We had a wonderful time. Justin at the front desk was amazing and so accommodating to our big group. He went out of his way to help us. Thank you so much!! The morning staff were were so friendly as well!! 😁My husband and I have been diamond members for quite a few years. Experiences like this are why we continue to use Best Western. No matter what town/state we stay in, we always have a great time. There is a guarantee that our rooms will always be nice. Great breakfast..nice pools.. Thank you Best Western!! ❤❤❤

Free breakfast, plenty of big truck parking, clean rooms, honest management.

Nicely kept hotel with a great breakfast. Roo.s were clean and comfortable, felt like a restful safe place to rest.

Hotel was very clean and taken care of. Pool was great for our kiddos to tire them out! The breakfast was really good as well and very filing! Definitely would stay again when in town

The staff were so friendly and organized. Rooms not really updated but very clean, which is the most important factor to me. 2 generations of travel ball and have stayed in numerous hotels. They understand organization. Check in was amazing. Every thing was printed and ready when we got there! Even room key attached. Other hotels should take lessons.

This was a last minute stop for us. Checking in late we had fantastic service at the front desk. Nice clean room. The bed was a little firm for our preference, but was a good quality. Excellent shower. Excellent front desk staff in the morning as well. And a very nice complimentary breakfast.

Clean hotel, reasonably priced and front desk are always courteous. Justin is usually who we see when we visit. He's always friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is hot fresh and ready to eat.

Went up for grandmother funeral. We were able to get adjoining rooms with my sister, so that was fun. They were even able to accommodate an extra night on one room when she had to come in early. We enjoyed the pool, great way to burn off some extra energy. Breakfast was great, fresh and warm. COVID precaution options were available for those that wanted, but not forced. Hot coffee (and ice to make it iced 😋) always available, and pretty good actually.

Really nice room. Very spacious and the wood vinyl floors are so much better than carpet. Good location for our needs.

Clean and friendly. April got us checked in and squared away. We chatted and carried on like old family. Incredibly helpful and warm. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The pool is neat and there's a nice sundeck adjacent. Very pleased with our accommodations and couldn't be happier with the service. I recommend this place if you're in the area.

This Best Western is in a great location, just south of Peru. Trip into town is less than 10 minutes for food, Cole Porter Festival second Saturday of June, and other fun events. Setting is fairly near a small freeway, so there is some street noise day/night with rooms having windows in the front. But it was fine for us - we're not that sensitive to road noise. And the road is NOT right near the hotel, but a little away. Dining across the street at The Tasty is handy, but we usually drove into Peru's town. Pool is indoors and well tended. Fitness center is excellent. Lobby is comfy with a huge TV for relaxing. Best of all, staff here goes out of their way to take care of their guests. We got best rates by calling directly instead of booking through BW.com.

The room was still clean, food was good most of the staff were nice .the manager was so sweet and polite and she reminded me of my survey as an award member that I can get 250 bonus points

By far one of the best hotels In the area!! The management is awesome and the employee’s are very nice. Also the breakfast is on point and they have a pool which is hard to find around here. The price was right and they are located a bit away from town which gives you privacy. My stays here have been fantastic and I’m a traveler while I work but I give this place a big thumbs up! I recommend anybody who is staying in the area to stay here

Stayed in the Kelley suite. Hairdryer needed replaced due to popping sounds and smelling hot. Replaced within 10 minutes with brand new dryer. Decor was nice but expected more representation of the honorable Joe Kelley. A portrait of him in his clown attire, etc.. to say the least.
