Shout out to Baylie Waller and Jaalen Johnson for being the nicest personal bankers I have ever worked for. I really enjoyed working with both of them and they went above and beyond in terms of customer service and helping me out. 10/10 would recommend this branch if you’re looking for genuine people to help you with your finances.

I disapprove of Wells Fargo as a corporation, but the tellers and bankers at this location, especially Jaalen and Ingrid, did a fantastic job helping me with questions and making everyone there feel welcome, despite being understaffed, and were courteous throughout.

This branch on River Road has great service and the tellers really try to be personable, friendly, and helpful. We enjoy banking here and appreciate the efforts they make to do a good job.

The best personal Banker is at River Road Wells Fargo, everyone there went way beyond what I have come to expect and very relaxed atmosphere.

I only have to drop deposits off one day a week for my work so my business here is pretty lax. The staff is always great - friendly, fast, very personable if you want them to be, but also respectful. I enjoy my weekly visit very much!

It is extremely frustrating to work a job where you work Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and can never get to the bank. I have to deposit my paycheck into the ATM and even at that half the time the ATM is not accepting deposits. You change your hours constantly and it is incredibly difficult to find out when I can access my bank that I have been banking with since 2014. It’s kind of ridiculous, especially when my husband banks with OCCU and they’re open on the weekends which makes it incredibly enticing to want to switch.

I've have had wellsfargo for 15 years. Walked in today with a big bag of change (to add to my checking account) and the extremely unhelpful employee proceeded to tell me they only accept ROLLED change. This is a full size, branch Wells Fargo. Apparently they don't have a coin counting machine for long time customers. Bank somewhere else, Wells Fargo has gone downhill BAD & has also closed pretty much every single Branch in town and don't even offer proper banking utilities at the ones that are still open...
