This Hass to be the best big Bufford I’ve ever gotten forgot to tell the young lady that I wanted it well done. Her name was Alex Brian was her manager and all I have to say is that she handled this situation so well I told her at the window I wanted my burger well done she went to the back she checked it to see make sure that it was well done. I didn’t believe her because it was kind of fast, but I tell you the whole time she handled me with a smile polite and my burger was right. I just want to thank you guys for doing such a good job.

This Rally's was a perfect pit stop on our way home from a show. Quick courteous service had us back on the road with a swiftness. Burgers were fresh. Fries were hot and tasty.

So, it's after thunder... 1220 at night. There's a line about 20 cars waiting for food and there's 2 people working in this store. Not only were they kind, polite and quick, but despite being overworked and understaffed they got the order right and quick. Sorry yall got slammed by all us hungry folk, but u are appreciated.

The big Buford is possibly the best fast food burger available. Fries are always good.

The food was good, but they are very proud of it.

The workers here are very awesome. So chill and always so nice. We have never gotten our order wrong here or ever had any problems. One time they covered our meal because our bank was having technical problems and we couldn’t pay. Just generally nice people, we love the staff.

I got the loaded fries and they was absolutely awesome. The man taking orders was fast and efficient. I have to say the atmosphere is wonderful, the tables are outside. My granddaughter Makenna took me here for my birthday and I loved it ♥

Rally's got the best food I like everything 😋I order there.

I had a coupon for 2 for $4 Deep Sea Double. Then I drove across the street and ate my sandwich with this amazing view of New Albany and Louisville. Truly spectacular!!

Great burgers. Better than the competitor that my kids like. Great flavor, fresh and hot. Brian was great!

This Rally's is fairly new and the food tasted much better than the Rally's at Spring and Vincennes. I got my food exactly how I asked. The fries were hot, crisp, and not oil soaked. The staff was friendly and listened to what I asked for. No sauce, pickle or salad on my chicken sandwich. Just bird and bread. That's exactly how it came. It was so hot I had to blow on it to take a bite. I will always choose this store above the other New Albany Rally's. I wish they would put one on Corydon Indiana.

Not really a great way to rate the atmosphere, given that there's no inside to Rally's and it's far too cold to sit at the outdoor picnic tables. Service was really great and their fries/funnel cake fries are literally the best things ever.

I ordered for the first time on the app and they charged me for DoorDash. It cost me $33 for two people and all we got was two meals and two milkshakes. They asked me when I pulled up if I was DoorDash and I told them no, that I was just picking up my food. I had just ordered on the app and it was my first time and they still didn't change it.

For a fast food joint you can't really go wrong with Rally's. The burger options are great. The fries are a delight. The customer service was above exceptional, making sure that what I ordered is what I received with a smile. They went out of the way to change their gloves to make sure that there was no cross contaminations, since my fiance is allergic to tomatoes and ketchup. A fine fast food establishment that I can honestly say will be going back.

They had the Big Buford on special so I tried that.

The food was great, the fires were perfectly made. Brandon was great, he made sure our order was correct and had a great attitude from ordering to handing us our food. Even cracked a few jokes while we waited for our food to be cooked to perfection

Extremely fast service with 2 lines that are usually full, it took only 5 minutes to get my food with both lines full, which is insane, and the food was greasy and delicious, especially the fries. Perfect seasoning and they double check your order. Bonus points for actually giving me no ice on my drink when I asked.

Totally superb ! I worked with the manager, Trenton, at the window. He was kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. His service was impeccable. He helped me with a tricky coupon situation. The kitchen staff was fantastic. They were quick and accurate. I highly recommend this location. On top of the fantastic service, the lot was clean as was the store, windows and all. This is a perfect example of how all stores should be. Again thank you Trenton !!!

The cashier was really nice. The young lady who delivered our food was awesome! The food was hot and good. I would go to this Rally's again but it's 200 miles from my home. Thank you for the pleasant experience!
