I can't recommend them highly enough including not encouraging you to do things that don't need to be done at the time and listening to the questions that you have and giving well thought-out answers. Pleasant efficient office staff, felt like I got personal attention. Dr. Heyward was congenial, excellent care of my dog, confidence in her abilities, and never felt rushed.

Have been taking my dog here since her birth 7 years ago. They have consistently provided excellent preventive care and have gone above and beyond to respond and accomadate emergency situations.

We have been taking our cats to Amazon Park Animal Clinic for many years. The entire staff is always accommodating and sensitive. They have been with us through the often painful moments of life with our furry friends. I truly appreciate how we are offered options of care looking out for our animals without squeezing our pocketbook. Also, the clinic is quick to respond and get us in for appointments and then follows up with a recheck phone call. I have every confidence in the care my pets receive at the Amazon Park Animal Clinic. I love the staff there, and my cats are always treated with love and care!

Staff was very friendly and worked very well with my dog. The document transfer from my old vet was very smooth and it seemed like they had read it all before I even go there. The rooms and waiting area were very clean with helpful information available on posters. They also had great local recommendations for parks, boarding, and pet stores. The vet worked very well with my dog and gave me a few options and was very informative and helpful. All in all, I think they will be my regular vet moving forward.

We have only seen Dr. Jones, but really like him for our 3 cats. I always learn something from him about cats, he never recommends extra tests or treatments the cats' don't need, and he's very kind to the kitties. I trust his advice and appreciate his easy-going, chatty manner. We found prices are about half that of another vet clinic close by. The staff people are friendly and helpful.

Dr Jones and his staff are all amazingly kind and gracious. They treat your pets as if they were their own and are all highly knowledgeable and amazing. I have been taking my pets here for 25 years and every experience has been a positive one. I recently had to have my 15 year old kitty put down and Dr. Jones and the staff couldn't have been more loving toward my pet and toward me during the process. They were so compassionate. I rarely post a review, but they went above and beyond for me this week, and I couldn't be more appreciative. They took a moment that any pet owner dreads, and made it the most positive experience for me and my cat that I, or anyone could have asked for. If anyone posts a bad review, then I'd believe that person has their own issues. I've had nothing but great service and great experiences with this staff! Thank you Amazon Clinic!

Dr. Jones is very kind, full of knowledge, and makes sure you understand what is going on with your fur friend. The staff is friendly throughout your entire visit and the prices are better than any other vet in town. Thank you Dr. Jones and staff for all that you do for our fur babies :)

Dr. Jones and the entire staff were incredible to work with. Our girl had a procedure that required her to spend the night, so we were nervous about that, but we got daily updates on how she was doing and I feel like I was informed each step of the way. She was in good hands.

The best. Not cheap, but professional and clean. Dr.Jones is very knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. 14 years with them with minimal issues compared to other vets in Eugene. The first and last place my furry pals visit on this planet.

As always, Doctor Jones and the staff at APAC are amazing, knowledgeable, and just all around caring. I never feel pressured or get the feeling that they just want your money. They want what is best for your animal and really make sure that YOU as an animal lover understand what's up with your fuzzy friend. Dr Jones is great! Listens, is very thorough. Accurate diagnosis. They usually get us in quickly. My parents have taken their dogs here for decades and I’ve followed suit.

Wonderful place to take the pooch! Clean. Appointments are quick, but thorough, and our Vet has always had an open ear and worked with us to get to where we wanted our pooch to be. Wouldn't choose another place for our routine checkups!

I've taken all my cats here including two very old cats who had cancer and were euthanized. The staff and vets were very caring and understanding as I cried. My current cats were adopted at only 5 and a half weeks, I was told they were 8 weeks old but I did the math on their birthdate. They've gone to Amazon since then and have received excellent care. My third cat was feral but became a housecat and he is gentle when they're handling him
