Ordered on Monday and received everything as ordered by Wednesday. Great Service!!

I was ordering hiking boots as a Christmas gift which the website said they were in stock, but I got an email saying they were out and wouldn’t ship until January. I have now sent 4 emails, cause they say the team is working remotely so the phones don’t work. And I was told a ticket was created but wasn’t given that ticket reference number. Their email says you can cancel order and get a refund, but you can’t get ahold of them! Not worth doing business with them cause there is no customer service team working. And website is not up to date with accurate information.

Has left items out of my order and marked as shipped. in an effort to steal money without sending product. They don't answer phones or emails. But have no problem taking your money. They haven't provided any information about shipping or status and their website shows they marked the item as shipped with the package of partial items that arrived. Think twice before buying from these thieves

Placed an Order on Dec6 2020, No Tracking update to my Order . I placed Several Tickets to see what was going on and have yet to get a real response from anyone other than the automated we received your ticket response. even tried to get a refund and have yet to hear anything about that so they have my 70$ and I don't know how o t get it back or get the product I ordered

I ordered two pairs of Gatorz glasses paid for 2nd day shipping so I would have them before heading out for Marine friends party and had a pair of glasses for a gift . Package was lost by shipping company and didn’t come in before I was to fly out to Camp Lejeune for party . I have call tactical gear number of times and have emails to them with no response to me about this issue. I told shipping company to send it back because I’m out of the state and do t want someone stilling a a package while I’m gone . I have asked for a refund because in bought a pair of glasses here for his gift and Tactical gear has ask shipping company to hold package and will not respond or call me about the issue. Poor Customer Service

Items shipped but stolen by someone at shipping company. Had to wait a week for items NOT on back order only to have the package arrive, in my city, at the shipping company only to be stolen at the shipping company.
