Highly recommend! My 3 month puppy absolutely loved the cheese mat while getting his shot and didn't even know what was happening. Both Dr. & Assistant were informative, professional, efficient, lots of recommendations, shared outsourced information, showed science backed articles , and listened to my questions and concerns. Bring a pen and paper! I did, I took lots of notes and had my questions written down. It was a nice day outside so we were outside, but they come inside the house too! I signed up for their family plan, totally worth it because my puppy will see the vet in the next few months to get his check ups and shots. Worth every penny! I felt the mobile/in-home vet visit cost was just as much as going into a vets office.

I will never use a normal vet ever again for routine stuff. The BetterVet team that came to my house was amazing. They were patient and took the time to make my dog comfy by playing with her and giving her treats before starting the exam/vaccinations. She normally freaks out whenever she receives her vaccines, but these guys were so gentle and kind with her that she barely noticed the needles going in. Absolutely incredible service from start to finish.

Great experience ! Having the vet come into our home saved my kitties from the anxiety of a car ride. Kate and Bryan were so great with my cats and explained everything regarding their care.I highly recommend Better vet !

Our senior lab started hobbling this weekend and we were worried about further aggravating her leg injury since she fights us to get into the car (which she absolutely hates). I came across BetterVet and was surprised to find a vet available the following day (yesterday) for a house call. Pricing was surprisingly reasonable.

The vet (Dr. Rensema) and his tech, Diane, were fabulous. They clearly were both very experienced and even knew our pups regular vet, and also knew her internal medicine doctor and dermatologist at OVRA. Dr. Rensema was able to assess and treat the problem thoughtfully and correctly.

Today, our girl is doing much better.

We are definitely going to be using BetterVet in the future and I will recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Better Vet (previously known as Eugene Mobile Vet) for close to 10 years and I love them all! The team is caring, honest and open. They take a collaborative approach on care for your furry animals. I never feel pressured or demeaned by the techs by the choices we make. And when things got tough with sick animals, they referred me to appropriate facilities to assist. They offer end of life care too. Back in 2021, it was very nice to say goodbye to my 16 yo furry best friend at home with the family around instead of an emergency Vet room.

Plus the fact that they come to my house is a huge plus! For one house call fee they will see all seven of my animals, including the bearded dragon! Yes, they have a tech that specializes in those "exotic" animals.

I am just so thankful for their services and care they have for our furry family members.

Best veterans service I've ever had. My cat has mad anxiety about leaving home, so getting care for him has been terrible in the past. Better Vet comes to us so kitten never even has to leave. We have had our visits in our living room, on our front porch, and can walk into their van, which they park in our driveway when needed. It has made veterinarian visits as easy as it can be. The veterinarians and help are so kind and knowledgeable, I know I'm getting quality care for my fur baby.

I have the best Vet in the world!! That being said, this is why. They are always on time and gentle with my cats. After taking a look at my cat, Dr. Ryan will go over what he suspects, and options and cost. And this is in the comfort of your own home. And it is NO more expensive than going to the Vet. They are well equipped with everything. If your looking for a Vet with skill and doesn't overcharge, call and make a appointment.

I was looking for a new vet to start my elderly cat with, and these guys did amazing. It feels nice to not have to drive my 12 year old cat to a building he doesn’t know, and he really did seem much more comfortable because of it! My cat also had never seen a vet before because of his prior living circumstances, and I appreciate that I didn’t feel any judgement from Dr. Bryan about that. I’ll definitely continue seeing Dr. Bryan, and I recommend the vet service!

We had BetterVet come to our home for an appointment scheduled between 8-10 a.m. We got a courtesy call when they were 10 minutes away which was very helpful. When the two vets come in they were super comfortable and curtious to us, our home and our 2 year old Shepsky Blue-who had no problems around them-. We got 2 shots for Blue, flee medication and they checked her weight and tested her for worms. They also came prepared with tasty treats. 😋 they tested the sample in their van, and we had the negative results within 10 minutes. I'm just super blown away by the teams profesionalism. The price for everything we got was amazing. Definitely recommended to anyone with a dog or cat that needs a reliable and routine vet.

Dr Rensema and Kate were wonderful. They were very good with our cat who was recently diagnosed with diabetes. At the previous visit with a different vet, it was very stressful because the used the bag to contain him, and he hated it and was very upset. Dr Rensema was very understanding and did not use the bag, or even a towel. Him and
Kate just made friends with our kitty and kept him occupied with pets and treats while handling him and taking blood test. They explained everything really well to u and showed how to do the testing ourselves. Couldn't have gon better. Thank you both so much!

Dr. Bryan Rensema and his assistant Diane were absolutely AWESOME! They took care of my little (not so little) "Cat From Hell " so well.
I haven't been able to get her to a Vet, then one day I saw them at a neighbors place and they said they would be able to care for her when no other mobile vet would. I so appreciate them. Will stick with them!

UPDATE: Dr. Rensema, no scary Bella today! She slept under my bed all night. Then this morning she crawled onto my lap!

UPDATE 08/09/2023: Had Dr. Gwen Graham and her assistant here today for Bella. She was scratching and licking like crazy. Had them update her shots and check her out all over and had them shave her hair again and they found FLEAS! Poor Bella. They were so good with Bella. She actually will let me pet her body, not just her head. Having BetterVet come to my home is so much less stressful on her. God Bless BetterVet and all your staff. Yeah, maybe it might cost a little more, but my Bella is worth it. You docs are worth it. THANK YOU!

We love BetterVet Eugene - Dr. Rensema and staff are phenomenal! My little dog, Indy is old and very stand-offish and he does not like to be worked on. From their first initial visit, they were patient, kind and worked for Indy. They did a follow up visit today and it was amazing the change I could see with Indy. They make your animal feel safe, secure and comfortable before doing anything - I also like that they take their time and you are not just a number. We will be staying with BetterVet Eugene and I highly recommend!!

Dr.Graham and Alex are just spectacular. They were able to come by and give my fearful but sweet Missy an excellent thorough exam. THANK YOU SO MUCH, for your gentle and caring touch with my girl, the BetterVet Eugene team is amazing as usual.

Dr. Rensema and Kate are amazing! This is the only way to get veterinary care for animals! It’s convenient and my dogs actually enjoy the vet now since it is done at our home where they are comfortable. Additionally, one of my dogs required surgery and the procedure was done at a mobile surgery unit outside of my house and I was able to work from home while my dog was being treated. Great Doctors and support team with amazing care and follow up!

These Doctors are greatly appreciated. They take more time to explain everything in detail, made sure that I understood everything about my pet's condition. They arrived on time and did not rush the process. Their customer service skills were Outstanding. My pet enjoyed the interaction with them, which made me feel more at ease while they were in my home. Their services are well worth it.

Dr. Graham and Alex were an amazing team! They spent so much time answering our questions and we felt so at ease with having such a patient and knowledgeable team. Both of our dogs are seniors, one was feral for years and is very skittish and the other is a bit more hyper active. They spent the time our girls needed to feel at ease with them!

One of our girls, has only had her nails trimmed when she is sedated because she absolutely hates anyone touching her paws. We’ve tried everything, EVERYTHING! Dr. Graham was able to provide a combination of medication‘s that allowed our sweet girl to have her nails trimmed without being sedated (or stressed) which is much healthier for her and much more affordable for us. It was a miracle! I appreciated that they didn’t do anything that our dogs did not need. Our girls are our family and we felt they were in the best hands.

Highly recommend BetterVet! Dr. Bryan and his assistant arrived on time for my cat's wellness exam, vaccinations and flea treatment. They were both so gentle and explained everything very professionally. Big Boy was calm through the whole process and we avoided the stresses of "going to the vet's". They came to us and it was awesome!

Reliable, compassionate service. My cat is extremely stressed by car rides and fears for her life around dogs, so trips out to the veterinarian are an ordeal for her. For a small amount more I can skip the stress and get even better service in home! My cat gets a fear free exam, I save on time and stress. Doctor did not seem rushed to get to another appointment, as is often the case at traditional veterinary clinics.
