The Storage Depot

I have had a unit here since the pandemic started in 2019. I went to school at OSU, but suddenly had to fly back home to Wisconsin to due family reasons. I have kept a car, some furniture, and other items in my storage locker here. Finally, now in August 2023 I flew back to Oregon to retrieve my stuff and clear out my unit. Everything was still in good shape (albeit a bit dusty)! The worker (I think her name was Cory) was wonderful! She helped me find the resources I needed to get my car repaired, where to take any trash, and where to donate anything I didn't need. I had a great experience here. It's a newer facility that feels secure with the gated entry. I would recommend it.

I called the one on Davidson and was told they didn't have any units but to call the Ferry location because they did. I called and spoke with a gentleman who was incredibly helpful and very pleasant. He immediately put a hold on the size unit I chose to save it. When I went in I spoke with his wife who was also incredibly friendly. They were very clear about what the rules are, were very helpful about everything. The security is incredible. I am very pleased and highly recommend it.

Been here for almost 2 years, office folks are very nice

This place is new and the office staff is great. Very much love this place. The prices are cheapest in town . Sometime they do random things like if you sing up for monthly payment and get a free month. Out side bathrooms . Eazy access fully secure and locked facility. Security cameras all over the place this makes me feel very safe.

The storage depot location on Davidson Street is great! The staff there are friendly and very reasonable. Clean units, easily accessed.

Brand new super clean, good price. Helpful staff. We got a 10*30 getting ready for a move and it's perfect.

This place is clean and inviting. The customer service people are knowledgeable and friendly. They have convinent access and hours and the best prices of all the places I checked out.
