I have had my dental work here over the past 6 years and I have not experienced any problems at all. T he staff are so kind and informative. No one likes going to the dentist but they will make your experience as smooth and comfortable as they can. After several appointments im so happy with my end results. I can't thank the incredible staff for helping me through the process.

I have been patient at Muncie Plaza Dental for at least 16 years, and I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. The location is convenient to get to, and the entire staff has always been incredibly friendly and caring, always making me feel that I am a valued patient. Over the years, various dentists and hygienists have come and gone, but each one would take the time to really get to know me, to ask about my family, and talk about what's going on in our lives, and even sent a very touching card when my dad passed recently. And while the simple act of going to the dentist generally causes a rather large amount of anxiety for me, I thoroughly trust Muncie Plaza Dental and the entire staff and would recommend it to anyone.

I'm terrified of dentists, well not the Dr, but what they do in ur mouth. Having said that, I'd like to say that i really am pleased and satisfied with the service I've received here. Everyone is very kind and personable. The new dentist is nice and very thorough. I have many dental issues and not a lot of money. I don't feel like I get inferior care b/c of this. Satisfied n as long as this kind of service remains, I will keep coming. Scared and all!

Although this office has gone through a good deal of transition in recent years, my family has always received the best care here. The office staff and dental hygienists take a personal interest in each of my family members and make the visits and phone interactions very enjoyable. The office hours are also very accommodating, starting early and sometimes staying open late. Thanks for all your great care!

Very nice place. They were very helpful and are setting me on the right track to better dental health. They were super nice and also helped with getting set up with a dental plan. Also the cleaning they gave my teeth feels amazing.

Everyone is super nice. I am usually hard to numb but they did an awesome job getting me numb which helped with any anxiety that I might have had.
Would recommend them to anyone looking for a full service dentist office.

I HATE the dentist! Pain the only thing that gets me in the door! I am new to the area and they got me in and took care of me immediately! Few hours later... no more pain and no more painful tooth! I just found my new dentist! They were all great and fit me in and got me out of pain even though they were very busy!

I broke a filling late at night on the weekend and had to suffer through until Monday. My dentist didn’t have any openings and another dentist in town couldn’t fit me in until Friday. By Tuesday morning I was in rare form and probably would have given a lumberjack $500.00 to rip my tooth out. I found Muncie Plaza Dental online and saw that they opened at 7:30am (BIG BONUS!) I figured I could at least talk to them and hopefully get an appointment that day. I walked in looking like a chipmunk who hadn’t slept in days and asked if they could help. They were so kind and non-judgmental and NOT BUSY! They took me right in and did the exam and said they could save the tooth! YAY!! The filling was quite large and I had had it in my mouth for 37 years.....I really thought that tooth was a goner. The dental hygienist and dentist were so quick, thorough, kind and gentle! The dentist said “this is going to be the most boring root canal you will ever have” and he was RIGHT! I fell asleep during it!! I was out the door and at work by noon and within 24 hours of the root canal I felt completely normal! I cannot say enough good things about this group! Best dentist ever!!

Very nice. Excellent service. I had chipped tooth fixed there that ended up looking better than the original tooth. A very comprehensive check up and a cavity filling. I am very impressed with their genuine care and enthusiasm for what they do.

We have been to alot of dentist through the years so when i say this young man is hands down one of the very best you will ever meet it means something. I was nervous young man fresh out of school but what a shocking surprise i had he is very smart cautious caring patient professional a perfectionist honest helpful not arrogant and takes what he does very serious. He will have a long wonderful successful career no doubt. He will be our dentist forever. The staff is also just super non judgemental and sweet. The office is clean and well kept. Im so grateful we found him.

Muncie Plaza Dental is amazing ! All the staff is very nice and caring. I have always been afraid of the dentist but every single time I have went they go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and all my needs are met :) . I would recommend this place to everyone !!

Muncie plaza dental center is probably the best place to go to get your teeth clean and fix if u need anything. They are nice and they take their job serious. They dont play around. They do a great job.

As soon as you walk in you're greeted and made to feel welcome, you almost forget that you're at a dental office. I have really high anxiety being in the dental chair but Dr. Gilman & his assistants do a wonderful job at putting me to ease. Dr. Gilman, Haylee, Kayla, & Chelsea are extremely knowledgable in all things dental and I know they put my best interests first. The lovely ladies up front are extremely sweet and do their best to work out the finances that work for me. I have finally found my dental home and will never go elsewhere! There honestly is no better then Muncie Plaza Dental Center!!

Absolutely, hands down, the best dental office I've ever been to. The dentist and dental assistants are up front and honest, while still being friendly and professional. I have never felt more comfortable in a healthcare setting. I trust them 100% and fully recommend you give them a chance to show you how a dentist office should be.

Very nice folks. Very helpful. They didn't even yell at me for my trainwreck of neglected teeth. (Not neglected on purpose, just that I inherited my Dad's awful teeth, and I haven't had dental insurance since 2007.) Oh well, I must figuratively bite (?!!) the bullet and let them fix the trainwreck. These folks were so nice to me, even helping me get financing, they get the job. Thanks!!!

I’m personally not a huge fan of the dentist. But this dentist office is awesome. The staff is hands down amazing, the nurses are always so kind and patient with me. The dentist is really great and thorough about things. It’s also a super clean and nice office also. I recommend coming here.

I have been with Plaza Dental for over 15 years. I really like the staff and I am sure I will like the new dentist. I have had such good cleanings/checkups I don't need ti see him 😍

This office is so amazing! They will help in any way they can an are always so friendly. It’s almost like there part of the family. If you need a dentist trust me this is the one you will not be sorry.
