DICK'S Sporting Goods

I was looking for some work boots, but they didn’t have a good variety of selection. The girl that was there was very helpful though, she did her best to meet my needs as far as explaining the type of boots they had and directed me to another store where I might be able to find the boots I was looking for. Will definitely be back to get some shoes, the staff is amazing here.

The employees at this location are great!! I was the worlds worst customer today. I had a thousand questions, needed help carrying things in and out, needed help setting stuff up.. I had about 4 different employees help me. Despite me being incredibly annoying and inconvenient to them, they were all SO friendly throughout the whole process. Went around 1:30/2pm & got a pick up in store order.
Also love the products I got, especially at a great sale price!

Place has been great every time I've wanted to golf grips installed. Always fast and friendly

I received a pair of shoes I ordered and they were the wrong shoe. I can't say enough about the Manager in Muncie Indiana he was awesome, he found me the right shoe and gave me the online price for the trouble I went through.

I love this store! If they don't have it in the store for me they always find a way to get it for me! I absolutely love Michelle! Everytime we go in there she's always smiling,joking and always has her hand out ready to help me when I come in! She's a sweetie and a great asset to the company...Definitely need more people like her around!

We were there to buy our granddaughter a performance swimsuit. We were surprised that they had a selection. We did ask for help in finding swimsuit but the lady knew where they were and took us there. They have a bright, clean and spacious store, well maintained. Prices were good we paid less than we thought after searching for swimwear on line.

The customer service at this store is above and beyond. They walked us to everything we needed and stayed to make sure we got all we needed. They didn't try to push us to buy more than needed either which was awesome.

First, it was our first time at Dick's. Secondly, we found everything we needed that was reasonably priced, but one thing that I got cheaper at walmart for my childs softball. Great customer service by a couple employees that really went above and beyond! Definitely going to recommend and have nothing but good things to say!

You can always catch good sales here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It seems like you can find items like camping gear and other seasonal things here more often than you can at other stores as well.

David in the golfing section was super helpful, knowledgeable friendly all around good experience!!! Actually everybody in there had great attitudes I will go back!!!

Quick in and out trip to pick up a pair of Bearpaw's. Was expecting to be much busier due to parking lot and Christmas season.

Forgot my updated license and staff held the last gun for me until I could return a couple days later. They even honored the sale that expired the first day I was there.
