They take such great care of their customers! I purchased the extra insurance in case my cat damaged my new furniture. And she did, so I submitted a claim, but they denied it. Gil Brothers called me and said they thought it should have been covered, so they are going to repair it at no cost to me! I would recommend purchasing from them!

Attentive & knowledgeable sales staff. Good selection & I was fortunate to pass by when they had a sale going. There was a small color fault on the leather, chair in an inconspicuous area. The repair tech did a great job & made the fault completely disappear. Said if the repair didn’t last, there is a year warranty. Everyone I dealt with the company was very kind and professional.

Brandon was very polite and knowledgeable. He repaired our lift chair explaining the problem; he also ordered some parts that needed to be replaced. He promised to come back when the replacement parts arrived to install them. We were very pleased with him.

We found exactly what we wanted almost as soon as we walked through the doors. Greg was our salesman and was great to work with. We purchased on a Sunday and was able to get one of our two pieces by Monday. The second a week later. I'll definitely come back for future furniture purchases.

We were met inside the front door by sales person, Greg. Friendly hello and inquired what we were looking for, continued to the section of the store that displayed what we were looking for. Greg ask several information gathering questions to narrow done exactly what we were there for. He showed us several models and the options also available. We narrowed done to several models with features that met our request. We decided on a model, declined the optional frame. Sale paperwork was explained as well as pricing. Delivery was scheduled well within our timeline. Overall experience was smooth, pleasant and professional. Having been in a sales position for the last 40 years, it was great to deal with someone that knew their products well enough to make suggestions to us. We will return for future purchases.

Always have had a great experience at both the Anderson and Muncie locations. Most of the furniture is better quality than other locations and the sales staff has always been professional. Ben at the Muncie location helped us with picking out our bedroom set.

Gill Brothers furniture is a good place to buy. My purchase was a good price and the salesperson was great! I highly recommend!
