The sales staff was very nice, polite and knowledgeable about the project. The owner has sought out good quality products for the store. Delivery individuals were thorough and knowledgeable. The overall team is great. Had a great experience from beginning to end. My husband cannot stop talking about how great it all is!

My recliner is great and I have had it for 4 years and the items in the homeless shelter are still in good same and the customer service is great

We purchased a new couch from walls and have purchased a few other things from there as well. They set our delivery up for today 11-28-2022 from 11-2 and I heard the Pink delivery truck backing down our driveway at 11:18am not only do they have on time delivery but every time we walk in their store we are greeted by friendly faces. The delivery guys was professional and respectful.

I looked at furniture last week but didn't purchase at that time. I went back and the pieces were sold. Good for them! We ordered the pieces I looked at with ease. Only 2 weeks before they come in!! The ladies working were very helpful. Looking forward to new furniture!!

I generally don’t like going to a furniture store. I feel pressured and I expect the commission sales people need to sell. That was not the feeling here.
It’s hard to get furniture now because production has fallen behind. So my first question was, is it available? I got an honest, pressure-free response. After some checking, we could have what we wanted. The person helping me knew my trepidation and so wanted to give a definitive delivery date. He spaced it out to a week from the purchase date to be confident of delivery.

Now purchase price - there was an unexpected discount by paying up-front (lucky me). We got a couch with built in reclining on both sides for $699. The recliner was a good deal too.

They are great people and very friendly. Their prices are reasonable and they do work with you on making your selection. We have worked with the same lady each time that we have been there. She is great.

Looking for the past few weeks, not finding what we wanted, we ventured in to Walls. We had been in a couple times already and liked a living room set, but just wasn't sold on it yet. Craig took the time and walked us through some options that we didn't even know were available. We ended up ordering exactly what we wanted, in the fabric we were hoping for, and at a price that we are happy about! We definitely look forward to working with them on future needs!

I walked in, saw what I wanted, and was immediately helped by a gentleman who exclaimed that he could tell me what he could but he mainly delivers. After talking with me for about 5 minutes, got me with a young lady who helped me the rest of the way. They got me approved in minutes and I had my couch bought and set up for deliver. This all happened in a span of 25 minutes. Plus they have attractive workers and they like anime. For me, the help is above par, the product quality is high, and with several options to purchase, that sealed the deal. Thank you Walls for my new furniture.

This is my second purchase from them. Awesome service! Very knowledgeable and vey helpful sales person. I could probably get a set online with the same price or cheaper but nothing beats seeing the product in person. And I like to support local businesses and I encourage others to do the same. I loved how Marjorie was very knowledgeable of their inventory. I also appreciated her giving us time on our own to sit and relax on the different options and allowed us to decide on which set we wanted. To me that makes all the difference when buying furniture.

Great experience with this store! With Covid19 and having my son as a student athlete at BSU we were unable to enter the USA to help him set up his apartment. One phone call and it was all set up by Angie who truly went above and beyond with suggestions and then delivery! We can’t thank them enough for taking that one worry away!

After shopping for furniture for many months I returned to Walls and purchased my living room furniture. Angie was so kind, patient and helpful.
