Amazing staff, service and overall experience! Going to the dentist is something I typically dread, but Morgan and Dr. Nelson went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience. I have never felt more comfortable and it was obvious that everyone involved had my best interest in mind. The staff’s communication was immaculate, and kept my mind at ease. I even had an insurance hiccup, and the front desk worked on the issue immediately and resolved the situation with ease. I could go on and on. Overall, very welcoming and friendly environment. I highly highly recommend!

Doctor Nelson at Willis Dental and his staff are amazing! Starting with the front office staff, super nice and helpful, then "Allie" the dental hygienist. She's the best I have ever had clean my teeth. Very thorough and painless. Then last but not least, Doctor Nelson, never have any pain, does excellent work and always kind and makes sure you're comfortable.
This is the Best dental office in the Willamette Valley by far!

The front desk meets you with a pleasant smile and very welcoming. Stacy is an amazing hygienist. Very personable and professional. Stacy has taken care of my dental needs for years. It doesn’t get any better. Dr. Nelson makes you feel important and takes the time to listen.Very personable young man. Dr. Willis has an amazing team. I can’t imagine trusting my dental health to anyone else.

I haven't had any pleasant experiences with dentists up until now... The hygienist (not sure if that's spelled correctly) was incredibly nice and helpful and it didn't end there. Their entire staff seemed willing to help and the doctor was quite nice and helpful as well. I just left my second appointment with them where I had my teeth cleaned and I'm now excited about my dental health. I would highly recommend this office.

Willis Dental is professional and organized. The billing is accurate and clearly communicated. The staff are friendly and Dr. Nelson and his assistant Gizelle make a great team. I felt comfortable and well cared for.

Dr. Nelson is an amazing dentist! He and his staff truly care about his patients as if they are their own family. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson if you have any reservations about the dentist. His gentle touch and welcoming smile helps makes the experience easy and enjoyable!

The staff of Willis Dental are A+ in my opinion. I been a patient with them for five years or so. I have to say from taking my first step in the office , the front desk staff greet me with grace to the rest that staff back in the back are all professional and very knowledgeable of questions, I may have asked.Both Dr Willis and Dr Davis are very good dentist and gentle when doin the procedures. I would recommend anyone needing dental work to give them a call..

I always enjoy going to the dentist now you’re treated like family, but in a professional way. It’s a friendly atmosphere. Everything is explained to you what’s going to be done and what needs to be done there’s no surprises. It’s just a great place to go to.

Loved my experience with Willis Dental. Liz the hygienist explained to me what she was doing and why every step of the way. She was very gentle and showed concern on inflicting any pain putting my mind at ease. You can tell she’s an expert in her field and I would highly recommend. Doctor Nelson is great. Takes time to do a thorough xam. Stacy, the hygienist, was great at her job and had a great personality. All the front desk staff made sure you felt comfortable and relaxed 😌

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Willis since our previous dentist retired several yrs ago and we have been very happy with the practice. The office staff is very friendly, the dental staff is always very friendly and helpful. We love the hygie- ntists and always wish we had more time to talk with them. The staff Dentists are friendly and we appreciate their chair-side manner.

My dentist retired a while back. I have some friends that are patients at Willis Dental and they recommended them. I was able to get an appointment right away. The office staff treated me great and Dr, Nelson and his assistant treated me like family. My procedure was completed quickly and with minimal discomfort. I would recommend this office to anyone.

About a year ago I went online to find a dentist and notice the high reviews Willis Dental had, so I scheduled an appointment. I have been into their office about 6 times for cleanings, filling and recently a broken tooth urgently needing a crown. I have seen both Dr. Willis and Dr. Davis. Every time the service and experience has been nothing less than excellent!!! A very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Their office is very clean and the experience could not be better. Very helpful let me come in early because I had a conflicting doctor's appointment. Helped me set up an extra cleaning because I'm diabetic. Is the best dentist I've been to since Dr Boer retired thank you for such great service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the team at Willis Dental, and I must say the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Both Stacy and Morgan, the hygienists, were incredibly friendly and informative. They patiently answered all my questions and took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process. What truly stood out to me was the way they made my five-year-old daughter feel comfortable.
