I absolutely love this Kroger. Amazing prices,staff, and produce department. I drive from Decatur to go here. I wish our store was like this.

Picked up groceries that we had ordered. Prompt and polite service.

They have great staff and are very well trained to perform the jobs they are given and my kids love going here because they always get stickers from the cashier... and just a funny thing...the auto floor buffer will not run you over lol(I have named it joe biden . Lol only because it wanders around and does what is programed to do)) lol don't hate me;)

Fresh products. Reasonably priced. Clean. Nice people.

Store is well laid out, top quality products. Very clean and organized. Workers are friendly and the cashiers are fast! Price point is above most other stores in town, but that is okay. You get what you pay for. Wanted to add, they have a good selection of wine and the meat /deli/ fish section is top notch. Honestly I've fallen into the save money trap of Wal-Mart, But Kroger is a cut above. My hats off to the managers and the rest of the team. I will be shopping there again. Great store. Thanks

Amazing produce department! Clean and organized! Bonus for having a Starbucks now inside! Always greeted with a smile and associates are willing to help locate anything you may be looking for! Check out was super fast as their were people to guide you in even checkout lines! Got questions at self checkout? No problem! They were there to help!

Super helpful very friendly. Starbucks made my drink right with great courtesy and happiness. Everybody I passed in the store that work there acted like they wanted to help me find something. If I lived around here this is where I would shop.

I always prefer over Walmart. Friendly employees fair prices. Open check outs. Always someone to help you.

Thos Kroger has a different set up than the ones in the Atlanta area. Really like this Kroger.

Kroger pharmacy is the VERY BEST in Rochester and the best pharmacy I have EVER used in my life! Unfortunately I have quite a few medicines that I have to take daily (and a few times a day for some of them). The pharmacist as well as the techs know me and know my conditions as well as being on top of what meds I take and why. I know I can trust them to have my meds in stock and each of them are filled and ready for pickup a day or 2 before I need to pick them up! If they don't know the answer to any of my questions, they find out! Within my complicated medical delimma's, this is one thing I don't have to worry about and I'm very grateful to them all! The Kroger grocery as a whole is really good also. They could improve in the stocking department. Items on the 'sale' list ( such as buying 5 items of something to get a sale price) should be stocked accordingly..running out of a "sale" item on the 1st or 2nd day of the sale is unacceptable. If it's in the weekly flyer, it should be available. Entire staff is pleasant and helpful. The prices are high compared to Wal-Mart grocery and Save-A lot grocery, that would be my only complaint.

Great produce, selection, and sale prices. Courteous staff. Through the construction things were still clean and orderly.

Was fantastic and was able to find a gentleman that works there can't remember his name but was very helpful to show me where I might find non dairy and things without wheat,or corn or anything drives from corn. I have food allergies.just found out a few wks ago if I can't make my own bread it will cost over 4.00 a loaf.dont know what I'm going to do. I wish I knew of an organization or someone that could help me find things at a reasonable cost. I'm at wits end.
Shopping at Kroger in Rochester was fantastic.

Love Krogers! Great prices and big variety of vegetables and fruits. Meat department always has nice cuts of meat and very reasonable!

Well stocked store. Had what we wanted, easy check out. Parking lot needs help.

Had lunch at the deli and starbucks. Associates were nice and curious. Store was clean and well lit.
