I am a local first responder I'm always thinking safety and being a good person first doing what is right.
Currently looking for a new credit union fo myself and a few others.
After reading one review of how they treat their clients. I am inclined not to take the risk here.

I have had bad experience with insurance companies they are given far to much credit due to knowing the laws and how to finagle the system and most insurance companies take advantage of their clients not being k These areas with that said we put our trust into an insurance company to do the right thing and give us a break and want to rest assured that the service provided is accurate and quality to the individuals seeking what is deperamental to being a safe driver and an absolute law we are required to abide by and get taken advantage of the majority of the time..

A credit union or bank should be equipt to help safe gaurd their client against poor insurance companies performances and bad business.
We the people put our trust into places like this and expect nothing but the best.
it isn't just about the credit union but it's
the people who make it a successful credit union and if they don't look out for their people then they are no better than cooperate greed conduct who's mindset is All for them selves and nothing for the people . I'm taking business elsewhere. Thanks to the reviews.

$22k car loan. never missed original payments. payment doubled because they never got correct insurance info (had full coverage since day 1). refused to pay doubled amount. repossessed car after 6 months, still owe $15k because they sold if for dirt at auction ($7k). they refused to work with me at all despite doing a year straight of payments at the original agreed amount. that's right. after making payments on a car for 12 months i made zero progress on the loan because of the extra cost of them not having the correct insurance info. none of that had to happen. they sold my car yet i'm still on the hook for paying for virtually the ENTIRE original loan amount. they give zero f's about you.
