Burger King

I was able to place my order quickly. My food was hot and fresh. The nice, pleasant woman at the drive-thru was fast and efficient.

The person taking my order was friendly and seemed excited to be there. He offered great suggestions for some add on items. My food was ready when I pulled to the next window. In today's world this kind of excellent service needs to be rewarded by management. I will make this Burger King my go to now for breakfast.

They're always on it. However, I am soo impressed with them today. There were only two people working and the line was still fast, our food was still hot, and everything about our order was correct. The guy at the window was a little "salty", mostly likely because about 7-8 cars lined up as we were leaving. Poor guy, he did his job-- but he wasn't trying to smile or be happy about it.

The manager Chad is awesome. They always take care of you and if any issue they resolve to the fullest extent. Great location.

We stopped here to get the best fish sandwich of any fast food place. There was McDonald's & Taco Bell right beside this new Burger King. So glad they built it here, it's great to have the best choice variety of fast food so handy. The drive through was easy to order from & the order was filled exactly right.

This place is awesome. Customer service was great and their not stingy with the sauce

Been here twice in a week.
Good experience both time except the second time they were out of Coke.
How does that happen?

My visit was great. I had already placed my order and rushed back to the counter to ask them to leave off the bun. The young lady quickly told the order filler to make it a low carb burger.. They understood what I was asking for and served it in a bowl with a knife and fork with no fuss at all. THANK YOU.

Was out for city yard sales and hungry stopped in to get a great lunch!! We had excellent service and food was hot and awesome!!

Better than McDonald's but I will say they forget the sauce half the time if you don't remind them like I've seen them put it on the screen and not put it in there I don't want to feel like I have to check my bag for every little thing, they have good workers just need to fix the sauce issue

They have great food and are very friendly. They are doing a good job for just opening resently. People need to stop picking on some people. Sadie Morton is a friendly person. People have there bad days and people have there good days. You may have got her on a bad day. So give second chances. Try again be positive and be nice. They do have good food and great service I went through the drive through and they did great for not being open that long. Some people have to get use to being busy like that in Columbia. Thanks have a blessed day. So please stop picking on my niece she is an upbeat and positive young lady. It’s not easy to work a drive through that busy, I have and I would like to see anyone that gets mad at the people in the drive thru to try it then tell me how u feel. Burger King is my favorite by far, and the fact that this is a vet operated store makes me come here. I had won a free chocolate sundae and you had to use your Mobile order to order it. I did and got up there and they told me that they were out of ice cream mix so they gave me a coupon for a free sundae to make up for my free one that I lost and also comped me two free tacos!

The staff was very friendly during my Saturday breakfast. The new layout was very modern with the touch screen soda machines. I greatly enjoyed my first time at the new Burger King.

I always have a great experience at this location. It's new, clean, and the service is good. I worry, though, because it always seems empty. Don't know how long they'll last without more customers.
