Took our car here thinking it might have some bad wiring somewhere and they had it fixed in under 24hrs. Great shop with certified mechanics. 💪

Full Service Automotive has been amazing to me! My first experience was with normal services on the 2008 Santa Fe, they didn't up sell me and work was completed in timely manner.
The second and third time working with them was when my catalytic converter was stolen from my car, 2 times in less than 3 months. You can imagine the headaches this caused, insurance was a giving me the run around but Full Service Automotive stayed on top of the insurance company and keep me updated every point of the way (the insurance company wasn't that forthcoming with the information).
Communication and knowledge are key, Full Service Automotive excel in both these areas!
They will be getting my business from here on out!

There isn't a car Frank couldn't fix!! He has lots of experience. He takes pride in making sure his customers are happy. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We thought going to the dealers was always how we had to get the best service until we found Frank. We certainly were wrong. He will do whatever he needs to do to make his customers happy. Great to have a reliable service car company. There are a whole lot more than not that will just take your money!!

Wonderful place Very friendly crew and staff. Frank is outstanding and very helpful for all you needs. Had my truck in this shop 2 times now and will for sure be returning. They were able to pin point the problem hooking it up my truck and fixed the trouble with out trying to sell me any extra Items like some other Mechanic have in the past that you really do not need. I also had a bigger problem needing ball joints and tie rods they where able to replace them and get me up and running. They are Very professional and take pride in the work they do. So do not 2nd guess this Company/Automotive Give them a try and I am sure you will be just as satisfied as I am and was.

Went back again to Full Service Automotive. They did a great job again. They are responsive and trustworthy. That is why I drive past Dobbs and the others and drive the 25 min to go the Full Service.

I live in Creve Coeur, 25 minutes away. The drive is worth it. They did an excellent job on my brake system. I know it is fixed correctly, and only what needed to be done, was done. This place is a real find!
