Dairy Queen

I've gone to the DQ for a couple years (pretty consistently!) This is mid 2024 now, so when you read this you know that things are tough out there. Especially in the neighborhood around this restaurant.
I cannot say enough: go to this one. The people working there do their damnedest in a thankless job. This store looks regularly understaffed and the people running the show in there have got to be overwhelmed. I so rarely have mistakes on my order that I'm astonished! This restaurant staff is really pulling their weight.
I mostly order a couple or three things, seldom special orders or subs. Once in a blue moon I'll order for the family and those are crazy orders! No subs, no special instructions.
10/10 would recommend.

These people have great customer service despite an adversity in the general populous they serve, regarding the large homeless population in the immediate surrounding area. Always quick, kind, and thorough with my orders, all the while never missing anything and ask if I want extra sauces/seasonings when my order is up. Great job guys and gals 👏

I was surprised to see there was no line, even being around 930 pm on a Thursday night. Robert was so concise, patient, professional and friendly that my hope in this location has been restored! Thank you Robert! After living here for almost 7 years I have never seen the drive through so well taken care of! My order was hot off the grill, accurate and prompt! Definitely going back!!

Friendly and fast service, good quality and fresh food. Only downside is they're rather short staffed and the prices are somewhat high for fast food but that's not really something the workers are able to control and despite those things they do an excellent job here!

Its on hwy 99 so if your ok with what that entails the service here is great very nice employees that have no problem correcting an order if it really was wrong the staff are friendly and inviting. Bathrooms are clean and the lobby too

Customer service was immaculate, we forgot to ask for sauce and they brought us one of every kind, super nice and overall a great experience!

Had just left a show this evening around 9:30pm and was starving. Pulled up to the drive through and was promptly greeted. By the time I got to the window, the food was nearly finished and ready. I was greeted by VERY friendly and “sincerely considerate” workers. Got my food and it was amazing. Perfect end to a perfect night thanks to this store and the workers there immensely!!

Food was nice & fresh & strawberry shake w/ fresh strawberries was delish

It was a hot day and my son and I needed to get out of our house so I decided to take him for ice cream. We sang our ice cream song all the way there. Upon arrival my son started chanting ice cream, ice cream. The nice lady helping us smiled really big and it made our day. Great service and awesome ice cream.

Good food! Not super fast but we're retired so we have time to wait. We each had the 4 piece chicken strip basket and we always have enough chicken and fries to take home for tomorrow's lunch. (If the strips happen to be small, they'll usually give you an extra one or two.) Their gravy is good but the fry sauce is even better! :)

On 1/21, After discovering that all of our closest DQ's weren't following their posted hours, we ended up calling the Hwy. 99 location to be sure they were open before we drove over there. We spoke to a lady on the phone who was so helpful and sympathetic to our struggles to get DQ and she assured us they would be open until their posted time. My husband rushed over there and Emily B had already been anticipating our order. She made my blizzard better than any other blizzard I have had to date. She was super friendly and definitely helped ease the sting of having to drive all over town for our DQ. Thanks so much Emily B.

I love this Dairy Queen. The staff are always polite & welcome you with a smile on their face (see photo below). The menu reader board is well lit and easy to read, even for someone like me with vision problems. They have a HUGE lobby (see photo) that's great for birthday parties and other celebrations. My complaint this time was the fact that we ordered LARGE blizzards, and my cup wasn't nearly full. Turns out I didn't need a large Blizzard anyhow, but I still wanted to be served a full cup.

Yes the weighs a little long but the people are friendly the manager Emily is part of the greatest person I've ever met.

Their shake machine was broken tonight. They were working their tails off to get orders out as fast as possible. Thank you for working hard!

What can I say one of my favorite places to get food, The manager is especially helpful and does a great job on ensuring everyone is treated like a best customer, i highly recommend this DQ

I've been a Dairy Queen fan all my life. I like the ice cream and the burgers. I tried the chicken strips recently and liked them. You can buy just one strip, or a combo. What's nice is the food is consistently good across the country. They have malts as well as milkshakes. (Many ice cream joints don't have malts). A little history: When I was 13 years old living in New Mexico, a hot fudge sundae cost just 20 cents at Dairy Queen. That's right, 20 cents. Of course, that was 55 years ago.

Hot summer days inspire me to head straight to Dairy Queen for a Blizzard! They make these delicious treats according to your wishes. In winter I'll need a new excuse, but I'll be there.

What am I supposed to say about the best soft serve ice cream or ice cream cakes or chicken strips with country gravy or heath blizzard or peanut buster parfait or dilly bar or banana split or ice cream sandwich or....? Well, I guess I will just ask you, "Why aren't you on your way to Dairy Queen?" ***Please Support Local Businesses***

Went thru the drive thru and service was quick. The staff was friendly and the vlizzard was just what i wanted. Great selection of treats and food.
