Experience with WAC was great! Health recommendations for Queenie and Jackie were thoughtful and caring, both seen on the same day for boosters, wellness exams and script renewal after moving from Washington. I took my two Bengals here for the first time for their wellness check up. I am always extremely nervous about going to the vet, but the assistant and the doctor were absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, they handled them so well while in office and remained patient as they navigated their care.

I am very skeptical of most vets as I’ve had numerous bad experiences. I am new to the state and my baby’s allergies needed medical attention so I gave this clinic a try and was very pleased with the service, communication, and even appointment availability for new patients. Dexter is thankfully recuperating fast ! Keep up with the amazingly work, yall 🙌🏽

We have come here for both dog and cat veterinary care and cannot recommend them enough. They were so kind with the animals and the staff was wonderful. Even though we had to put our sweet boy Leo down today, I was so grateful and appreciative of how we were treated by all the staff (extra shout out to Ethan who answered all of my questions and went the extra mile during this difficult time)

My family unexpectedly had the opportunity to inherit my dear brother's dog, Prince. He is a 10+ year-old Belgian Malinois. My brother had rescued him 8 years ago from an intensely abusive situation. He has some unusual deformities in his legs and his teeth had been surgically cut short. (Suggestion he might have been used as a "bait" dog for a dog fighting organization.) I had no other information about Prince except my brother had loved him and had given him a new life.

I was able to get Prince into the Willakenzie Animal Clinical in just a few days. The staff, and Dr. Fischer, gave Prince the best care: calm, expert, thorough, professional, personalized, and informative. Several staff were eager to meet their new patient and popped in just to meet Prince.

I have met nearly all the veterinarians and support staff and highly recommend the Willakenzie Animal Clinic. Besides being expert, friendly and caring professionals, they always take the time to explain conditions, options, and the support to make decisions.

First visit at Willakenzie Animal Clinic and it couldn’t have been better. The entire staff was excellent, wait time minimal, and price fair. I really appreciated how the vet and tech treated my nervous little dog so gently and calmed her right down. Highly recommended.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The vet was thorough. She examined our dogs thoroughly. She openly and transparently discussed treatment options. Rather than try to push a borderline unnecessary procedure, which some vet offices would do to help their business, she was actually leaning towards a wait and see approach. She also patiently explained every point. Overall, the experience was quite pleasant. This is exactly how a visit to the vet should be.

The staff and Dr. Sutthill at Willakenzie Animal Clinic are amazing! They really care about the animals in their care! I am so happy we made the move to their clinic - I only wish we hadn't have waited so long to do it!

Our cats had a new vet - Dr. Helen Sutthill for their yearly checkup in January. I was SO impressed with her! She is super easy to talk to and I found her to be very compassionate and empathetic about our challenges in caring for a cat with diabetes. She was non-judgemental with our differing opinions and concerns about following her recommendations and provided practical solutions for our unique situation in caring for our cat. I came out of the appointment feeling really good about having her to guide us in caring for our cat, being supported by our vet, having great confidence in her knowledge and skills, and I personally felt cared about. I would highly recommend her!

I’ve seen 3 different vets and vet techs and all have been great. One particular visit was very emotional and difficult but the staff was very supportive and kind.

I have been bringing my dogs and cat to Williakenzie since September 2012 when I moved to Eugene. My pets, like most people’s, are more than family and I trust this practice to keep them safe and healthy. They are responsive. They are kind. They are thorough. And they are good communicators. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer a friend or anyone to this veterinary practice for their pets’ care.

Our two dogs had fleas problems, we call a number of vets, but no one could fit us in for weeks… Poor Daisy was going mad. When we spoke to Willakenzie, they said to come in that afternoon. Daisy was saved. We can’t thank them enough for all that they did for us. Doctor Fisher was so pleasant and took such good care of our dogs. I look forward to our future relationship.

We have been taking our animals here since I was a teenager- and they are hands down the best. Even when we have moved across town and tried other clinics, we always decide to stay. They truly love your pet like their own, and are just so consistent in their quality care. They go above and beyond, and in times when we had an urgent matter they would squeeze our pets in to avoid sending us to the animal hospital.

Truly love this place and I hope they stay open forever!

They take care of our rescues. They always fit us in emergencies, and are willing to work with difficult dogs. In a pinch they let us send pics to decide whether it’s worth the trip. Dr Brandt is a gem but all the staff are great!

Very friendly and good at what they do. Dr. Suthill is very patient with my fearful little dog. She was able to see a problem that his previous vet missed and recommended a minor surgery which greatly improved my dog's quality of life.

We are so grateful for these wonderful people! We called them with an emergency when our dog injured his leg when our vet couldn't get us in for an emergency visit for four days. We were new to the clinic but they still worked us in right away. He has a torn ACL and they referred us to an orthopedic. We've been back for another problem and both times they have been very professional and friendly. We have gotten a 'care call' at home after both visits to follow up with us. In this day and age that kind of attention is unheard of. They are now our new vet and we will happily refer others.

My dog developed respiratory signs consistent with this new disease. Dr Brandt saw him within 2 days. She took x-rays and prescribed antibiotics . He was better within 36 hours and has continued to do well. I'm convinced that without this rapid and appropriate treatment, he would have gotten much worse.

They actually answer the phone! And I'm very happy with the level of professionalism and patience they showed while explaining things to me. They felt like family :-)
