This store is under new Management, big changes in service level. One of the busiest Pharmacies in town while still being able to fill you script in 15 minutes while you wait.
Drive thru is nearly always slower than coming in as only one team member can work the window at a time. Drive through is intended for very sick or immobile patients.
This store has an Express Pass Lane... so make sure you are enrolled in text messages, so you can get your pass and skip the line.

Good experience, friendly service and friendly attendance at the cash register love the whole experience.

This pharmacy is so dependable, every time I come in they have my order done and done correctly. I’m so happy to have found a staff that knows how to properly and efficiently run a pharmacy. I use the Walgreens app also so I can access my refills and new prescriptions instantly, I get step by step updates so I know if there are any issues ahead of time. Once I get the green notification on my app I know my Rx will be ready and waiting for pickup!

I was traveling through Eugene and needed to get a prescription refilled, it is for a difficult to find and expressive drug. The Coburg Road Walgreens was unable to fill it for me: Kimmie called the pharmacy in Springfield and had it filled for me there. When I got to the pharmacy it was ready and waiting. Both Pharmacies were professional, courteous and very helpful. The very same wonderful service I receive at home.

I’m not sure what the other reviews are trying to pull, but many of them are wrong. We were worried about coming to this location after reading the reviews. The staff was very professional and fast to fill our prescriptions. It’s the same level of service I expect at Walgreens.

Ok I have not been to this Walgreens in a while. I was going to a different store but I'm glad I came back. They had my perscription completed in less than 10 minutes while I waited in their lobby area. The employees went above and beyond to make sure I knew what they were giving me and I was in my way.

Stopped by the cooler and it was well stocked compaiered to last time.

Guess I'll be checking it out again soon.

This store looks so clean lately! It sure looks like some changes are happening for the better.

My last experience with the pharmacy was very quick and courteous. I will be in a better mood next time I have to pick up some meds.

Everyone is so mean to this place and honestly the staff are so kind and patient, especially Alex at the front register, literally the nicest person ever. The only downside to this location is the fact that they share their parking lot with a Dutch Bros but that's not their fault

Absolutely fantastic service. Quick, prompt, respectful; provided COVID tests for free via my public health insurance, which I didn’t even know was an option.

They will give you a free bag of drugs if you guess correctly the answer to the daily riddle. ...and they're REALLY easy riddles!! :)
