I have had the best experiences at this GameStop location. I always make it a point to utilize this location, if and when possible. The staff has always displayed a focus on satisfying the customer. I had a very complex situation in which the employee, Jayden, displayed great patience and worked to understand the issue and identify how to best resolve it, leaving a happy and satisfied customer. I just want to share my appreciation for customer service like this and commend all staff members involved in ensuring my issue was resolved and I was satisfied.

We've been coming here for a couple of years now. We have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and have a wide variety of games from latest to greatest. Awesome selection of collectibles.

This location is the best GameStop I've been to. The staff knows me and welcomes me every time I come in.

Don has been the store manager since I've been coming in 2009. He is so friendly and happy to talk about games and questions anytime. Josh is also great. He has saved advertising material for my kids because he knows what they like.

Unfortunately not all GameStops are like this. If you have a choice, come to this one.

We have been shopping here since it opened. Don and his staff are amazing. We have two special needs children and they are always accommodating, understanding, patient and kind. I cannot praise them highly enough.

We have two Game Stop locations in Noblesville and both have great customer service. The staff always answers all my stupid dad questions without making me feel stupid and they are always very patient. When things don't work out with a used game, they are always happy to help us find something else. Could I spend less money at another chain? Maybe, but I believe you get what you pay for and I'm happy to pay for good customer service. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

Look, Saffron is amazing, I came in to trade my switch for the v2 switch and she helped me transfer all my saved date from one to the other and was a hoot to talk to about a variety of games. If you are going to this store for anything, she's the one to ask for!

Most GameStop stores are the same. There's not much to set them apart. However, this location has the best staff. Not only are they nice, but they are knowledge and have done an excellent job recommending games to me over the years.

Great place, wish they had a TV on or something, it is to quiet within the location feels like a library. Staff always helpful.

While I've heard horror stories about Game Stop, this one at least is great. Whenever we go in there is this one guy who recognizes us and greets us by name. They hardly ever try to wrap you up into memberships either. Hamilton Town Center's game stop may not be the biggest but they are the best I've been to.

Great store and customer service. The William Davis guy is just mad because his kids are reckless and break controllers. Game Stop won't buy broken things... why is he surprised? Nice people who are happy to help, and a great selection of games. 卐

GameStop isn't known for being great, but this location is always fantastic. Very helpful employees and always very accommodating. I have never had a bad experience at this location

This was my first VR experience but had a blast! Clearly they have some opening day issues but what company doesn't? I will be back for sure.
