Had a oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Chevy Traverse. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. My advisor was very nice and knowledgeable. I will return with my truck again. Thanks for the chocolate chip 🍪 and the free popcorn 🍿 Chevrolet.

We recently brought a car that we purchased for our son to the Garber service department the other day to have a routine check and to have a couple of problems addressed.

We've never been to Garber before, and have had a whole range of good vs. bad experiences with service at other area dealerships, so we didn't really know what to expect.

Charlene Newton is the person who helped us that day, and she could not have been more helpful. Complete satisfaction does not come close to describing how we felt about our interaction with her. In fact, the entire team we dealt with was fantastic.

We were so pleased with our experience that we will be bringing our other GM vehicles to Garber for service.

Absolutely great diesel mechanic at Garber by the name of Sam. My High Country 3500 was in and out quickly so I could take my hotshot load to Norfolk VA. Garber Chevrolet helps America keep running! And Samantha at customer service is the best! Love her!

I went in for an oil change. I am a Rewards Member so I was able to use my rewards points toward the oil change ($59 value). So my oil change was free! The service department here is awesome! I have never had a negative experience with the service department or other department. They have freshly baked cookies and popcorn while you wait and complimentary water and everyone is always so pleasant.

Fast quick service. In and out in under an hour for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection on filters. Book ahead, and it’s easy. Also if you book online there was not any issues with that. I know other dealerships offer online booking and then you go and do the online booking and they still want to call and confirm. Doesn’t make sense to have to call in to confirm when I’m making the appointment. At Garber this did not happen. I booked through the Chevy App and everything was squared away

I brought in our vehicle to Garber in Highland and worked with Hillary on obtaining a full vehicle inspection. Their computer system sent me a notification detailing all the items needing attention with quotes for each. Some other non-mechanical items I asked to be looked at were handled very satisfactorily by Hillary. She took the time to aid us in our search for out of ordinary parts and stayed in touch until it was all completed. I was very pleased with this experience and will happily use their service center in the future.

Charlene is a great service advisor the service is also really great. Have been going there for about 4 years now and never had a really bad issue with anything they make sure you are happy with your service.

Love getting oil changes from Garber it is fast and the price is decent as well. Great customer service and flexible hours. They even pumped up all my tires air which was not part of the oil change but much appreciated!!

I regularly bring my vehicle to Garber Chevrolet of Highland for service. I have an older high mileage vehicle I use for work, and routine maintenance is important. This time, Oscar was the service advisor and understood my driving habits. I have my oil changed quicker now, and other maintenance as needed. Oscar, other service advisors, and mechanics are always nice here. They'll help with what you want serviced and make future recommendations.

Great experience with my EV. Safe line change indicator on my driver mirror stop working. Techs diagnosed it in my first visit than about week later i had call so part is available and i scheduled my appointment. Second visit and hour later i was done.

I went in to get a tire changed and the service department told me it was a little nail in the tire and they fixed the tire. Went from getting a new tire replaced to getting my tire fixed. Saved me over $200. The auto shop is awesome

From scheduling my vehicle for service until I left with my car running perfectly, the experience could not have been more smooth. Samantha was a great help with all my questions, and kept me informed of what was happening. She was great. Everyone seemed nice.

I took my 2017 Silverado in for a free maintenance inspection and was informed of the recommended repairs. So I set up an appointment with Gina and she was so helpful with the whole experience. She took care of the warranted parts and work and also the other recommended repairs. I had Trans lines replaced with Trans service, new serpentine belt, throttle body cleaned, new spark plugs and wires replaced. I dropped my truck off Monday morning and She arranged for a ride home from I believe his name was Kevin. He was really nice guy. And the next morning Gina called to let me know that truck was completed and she also arranged for Kevin to pick me back up from home and gave a ride back to dealership. When I arrived back to dealership to pay Gina also helped me use my GM rewards for part of payment. I would recommend them for their service as I had a great experience.
