Jobe well done to staff name Dori from Eugene branch, she’s our Angel and saved our day! We’re new here in Eugene, after 2days we just move in, somebody stole our cheque, tryin’ to get money from our account, Dori was very profesional handling the situation, we’re very frustrated because of the hassle made to our accounts and previous jobs connected to our account, but Dori made it all possible, helped to fix everything, made it all easy and very accomodating and informative. Our first experience here was bad because of the evil mind around but because of Dori, such a good catch, Thank you so much for your service..Truly appreciated..

Big shout out to Ryan here in the Eugene branch!! Been having several issues with my account over the past few weeks with my old branch and he was able to help me fast and efficiently even with me being a grumpy customer! Thanks a bunch man, much stress relieved!!

This bank branch looks small but the staff are great and I've hardly ever had to wait long in line. They have save deposit boxes here, free for seniors, I think. The drive through can handle two cars at a time and gives dog treats. It's a good neighborhood bank.

Right off Highway 99 it is a little hard to see the entrence from either direction as it is tucked behind some trees. They have atm, drive through ,inside teller , few loan officers. Small building, nice staff.

YOUR MONEY IS NOT PROTECTED HERE
Had a check stolen from me and a name forged and deposited fraudulently. Bank said they wont do anything and they won't help me out because I didn't dispose of a check correctly even though it was stolen from me!!! I have a police report and all.

Ive been coming here for years and never had an issue until today. New employees and new rules? Take your business elsewhere IF YOU VALUE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR BANK

terrible customer service. I was asked to wait and sat for 30 minutes to then get told they can’t help me today and to come back after the weekend. The man suggested that instead of trying to sit and wait to open a bank account I go to Walmart to cash my check. RUDE !

They have all around terrible service!! No communication and the 24 hr service sent me there and they were closed. They just don't care about their customers

The hours make it impossible for people that work to bank with out taking time or a day off most people get off after 4 and your closed on Saturday now please extend your hours to help out
