I went to a cricket store last night and the girl there was no help at alllllll. Woke up and went to this location and Ms Tammy was very helpful. Her coworker (please forgive me I am bad at names) Ms. Shonda? They were both so nice and helpful. Things were not adding up right and Tammy took her time and got it right. I appreciate both of their service and would recommend anyone with Cricket to try this location if you are in the area. She got me right in and right out with a great attitude. Thank you ladies so much.

I walked out satisfied with my customer service I received! I went on the 60 dollar plan with the 11 dollar insurance, the gentleman helped me moved everything over from the android to the new iPhone. I recommend this Cricket location over all others! They're very knowledgeable.

Mac and Emerald were fantastic, they went above and beyond to solve my issues. Mac got me set up with HBO Max and my Sam's club membership and informed me about ACP. Would definitely recommend this store to everybody!! Will be coming back just to see Mac!!!

I've been with T-Mobile for years and heard about this location from a co-worker. I was so happy with my entire experience. The girl was so nice, helped me get all my information from my old phone to the new one!! So far after a week my service has been great!!!

I have had cricket for many years and went to this location to switch my boyfriends number from T-Mobile and get 2 new lines for my kids. The sales reps were nice, helpful really listened to what we wanted. We all walked out satisfied with the service we received at this location.

Came in with problems, my phone had burned out. They gave excellent service and they were very informative. They even helped me save money on my bill with something called autopay. Ask them about it!
