This comment is in appreciation for Noemi. She is the reason I'm making a review. I ordered a large fry and a coffee. The large fry was only about 3/4 full maybe half? Noemi corrected it immediately. It was obvious to me that that she wanted to make sure that I was happy with my order. Thank you, Noemi

Drive thru manager gave my puppy a little cup of whip cream. Never had anyone at any location go that type of "extra step" for me or my family before. She even handed it to my fur-baby which she beyond good customer service. Her staff will learn a lot from her kindness and attention to customers

10/10 the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Friendliest staff, my nugs are ALWAYS fresh, and fries are perfect. I love everyone who works there. 🩷

I'm a student at the nearby college, and my partner (who drives me there) will go here everytime I'm in school. She'll sometimes just park in the parking lot while she waits for me, which there has never been an issue with, or will order and park. The food is always consistent and they don't scimp on sauces or anything else!

Only once did they ever get something wrong while we've been going here, and that was just a wrong type of soda. They've never missed items, and have always been friendly! Overall, very nice place.

The McDonald's on Portland Rd is by far the one of best fast food we have had since we moved here 2;yrs ago. Our order was hot, fast and best of all CORRECT!! Drive thru folks were friendly and got the job done right! Thank you for your great service Portland Rd Mickey D's !!

I love their mcCrispy chicken sándwich

They are the best Mcdonald's in Salem. Living down the street from them, I visit often about 4 times a week. They get my order correctly 97%of the time. But they will fix it and they're nice about it too. The night manager is always friendly and he has a great attitude. 👍

It was typical McDonald's food. But for how long the line was when I pulled up, they were super fast and efficient. My food was well put together. I've been to some where the patty is half off the bun etc, the sandwich is just a mess, this was not the case here. And the employees were friendly as well as efficient

The ONLY coffee shop I've gone to for many years. You have the absolute best drinks EVER! Just wished you had a way to record by phone number since you don't do cards now because I would have filled 11 cards by now. But it don't keep me from my Dutch Bros! Love you guys!!! 😇

We ordered a special order burger and they nailed it!

They weren't too busy and the drive-thru was moving efficiently.

The parking lot was clean.

Got out of the ER really late. I found this McDonald's drive threw was 24 hours. It was awesome to order food at 1:30AM

Always timely with getting my orders out to me, great customer service, and very exceptional workers. I've seen someone running around like crazy to get food out to me but they were careful and packed it up neatly. Great work guys!

I mean it's a McDonald's. Like it's good for what it is. But while me and the boys were waiting for our food some cutie walks out from the back and asks me "would you pick Oreo or mnms?" And I'm like "um probably Oreo". Then like a minute later she just gives me an Oreo McFlurry. So that was dope, definitely made my day. Idk if she's seeing this but thx homie, u a reel one.

Everything was perfect Play Store der Pate pulled up to first window paid pull to Second window had food ready. Put Jimmy John's to shame. McDonald's sure could take that title away from them freaky fast

I seldom eat at McDonald's, but they were nearby so I stopped in. Employee was friendly and welcoming, service was quick and efficient, food was hot and tasty! Fries were a bit over salted, but I just rubbed some of it off.

Can’t beat a $1 large soft drink on a hot day! I went through the drive thru. They were quick and I was through the line in mere minutes. They also have app with some great deals.

I always enjoy coming here to this location. Everyone is friendly and I always feel welcome. My food is always what I ordered and they are very timely. Thank you! Love the new remodel!
