Nite Inn

These beautiful little hotel motels all look the same but this one is different this one you can feel the love in the rooms in the housekeepers in the front desk attendant and all over you can feel the difference I love this hotel.

The staff are nice, helpful, & they work with your situation if u have any. It's about the going rate as all the other hotels around. But it's the staff is awesome. It's your basic hotel room . My room had a huge full kitchen, with big frige, full stove/oven & a kitchen table & chairs. Sure it's a little noisy cuz it's on a busy street downtown. They can't do anything about that. We had to stay there for awhile, & I'm glad we choose that hotel with that staff.
Their really sweet people. And if I ever need to, I'll recommend it to all my family & friends & will stay there again before going anywhere else. I'd rather give that family my money than any other hotel. I really enjoyed them. If u can need a place (hotel) to stay ....Nite Inn is where I would go.

Good place if you're on a budget and want a quality room on that street. Conveniently located by a few fast food joints. But the front desk people were fabulous as far as letting me slide until I got there payment in full so unlike many places to even offer that kind of flexibility within financial agreement. Deposit was required but in a respectable manner. I recommend this place 100÷

Rooms are clean and relatively comfortable, there is laundry available and many shops and restaurants near by. I was most impressed with the family that owns the hotel though, they are exceptionally warm
And accomodating a welcomed change from some of the other brash hotel owners in the area.

The staff was wonderful!The rooms were clean!And the people that were staying there we're very nice.We had an extended stay.If I ever go back to Eugene this is exactly where I'm going to stay!I would highly recommendTo anyone!

The rooms are clean the manager it's awesome they keep the place really quiet there's no unruly people which is hard to find in this part of town overall great time I'll be doing it again for sure

If you like hobos and hypodermic needles this is the place 2 stay. It feels like you're in Beirut or Mexico once u close the door. The only way to remodel this place would be 2 burn it down. You wouldn't want 2 know how much DNA is on the bedspread.

Great budget motel. Surprised me by having an ironing board in the room as well as a coffee maker.
