I feel as though I’m receiving a great service through this medical experience. The staff is very friendly and is able to address serious issues, it is sometimes a bit of a wait to make an a appointment, but the crisis center is always available or the crisis hit line. If I didn’t have to change Doctors every year because they move through that would feel better, but I receive superior service all the same.

It's okay
I went here yesterday in a crisis I over shared in therepy and me and my mom waited 20 minutes in the waiting room it felt like a hour then I was taken to a room and it was split and I was terrified I need to go to impatient I was saying how ugh I wanted to die ect I also said how many times I've attempted suicide and the crisis therapist said why didn't you go through with is? I said my s/o and he was like so you haven't attempted I said I have multiple time ect and then that went on for about 15 minutes and crying and shaking basically said I was fine gave my mom a slip to lock everything up that I could kms with and sent us home do not go here if your seeking extreme care

Both my fiance and I have gone here for counseling. I went through several therapists due to them leaving or getting promoted and had to keep starting over every few weeks. My fiance had the same therapist for over two years until she was having a bad day and told my fiance he was treating me as a doormat and manipulating me to get what he wAnted regardless of my feelings. We both told her she was wrong and she raised her voice even more saying she was completely right about our relationship. Going to school and have my Masters in Psychology but will not work there because of the way they treat people I want my clients to trust me and feel comfortable and safe to talk to me. Won't get that there.

If you or a family member is suffering from a severe mental illness and you're thinking about moving to Linn County to live, please don't. There's too much neglect of severally mentally ill people in Linn County. Might be best to try another state if possible.

Only good for prescriptions. Will not care for or follow up on you. Does not offer help in medication crisis. Every time you get a good doctor they quit or retire.

I do keep an open mind, optimistic mostly. I tried to give this a chance. Turns out, this place isn’t all that cracked out to be. I wasn’t impressed with Marcie, or her comments. I believe these people are programmed to say and do things a certain way and gather “facts” for someone else. I don’t trust them, or like any of these people. You don’t make accusatory statements towards someone, and brush them off because you’re out of time. She said, “Let’s not pick on her.”(My daughter) because she had her cellphone taken away. That’s not picking on her Marcie. It’s a privilege, not a right to have a cellphone. Is it illegal? Who says I have to provide a cellphone to my minor child? Just wow. Poor planning, and poor communication. This woman will start drawing circles on her notepad while you’re trying to explain why you choose not to give your child a cellphone. They will undermine your parenting, and disrespect you. I don’t deserve to be treated that way. It adds to the stress. It didn’t, and isn’t a safe place to talk to someone who claims to have your best interest at heart. It shouldn’t be like this. It’s wrong, and no wonder these people really can’t be trusted. They really don’t have their facts straight. They also pick sides, and aren’t neutral like they should be. It’s shameful. They are like Surrogates.

Henry David Thoreau
“If I knew for a certainty that a man was coming to my house with the conscious design of doing me good, I should run for my life.”

Violates ADA, fires caring employees who are struggling with their own mental health - though it was not affecting their job. What an a** backwards place to be. Hope she find somewhere better to work and sues! -sincerely you’re viral on TikTok.

The Psychiatrists will throw pills at you without doing any research. I was prescribed medication that had serious side effects and they did not inform me with any of my meds. Mind you, this has happened with multiple Psychiatrists. None of the employees there properly trained in anything. Linn County finds bottom of the barrel graduates and employs them. Do not trust these people with your life.

I've been here a few times and during the initial consultation the director immediately started pressing the proverbial "buttons" in order to set me off. Then she had the gall to say "Don't get mad or we'll call the police and or kick you out!". Excuse me?! Tried another time and same instance happened. Never went back.

This place is not a mental health office. They don’t care. I’ve heard them tell people “ well your not suicidal enough for us to help” lol are you kidding. I wish 0 star was an option

Poor services, untrustworthy therapist and doctors. Liars at heart. They use your information against you. Poorly trained methods of therapy. I'm surprised these people even have there degree in the first place. *Dr. Brown*

I’ve went through 4 therapists and all said I couldn’t be helped gave me diagnosis but couldn’t tell me how or why I had them they are the reason I never went back and don’t trust therapy people need real help not therapist who just throw anything on your file and don’t bother listening about your issues I mean isn’t that what it’s for plus those of low income who need anger management can’t get it it’s hard to control your anger when you can’t afford too😒
