Kevin was excellent to work with.
We were in a little bit of a hurry because we were trying to find a comfy chair that would meet our daughter’s needs for nursing a newborn, and he was attentive and helpful to our needs.
We were also impressed with the variety and selection at the store. We will definitely be back, and we will definitely seek Kevin’s help when we return.

The service my husband and I received at Ashley Furniture on Manchester was absolutely top notch! Derek is amazing and his genuine desire to help us find the best options for our family was evident in every action he took and words he spoke while aiding us during our appointment. We would definitely revisit and consider this store when thinking about furnishing our home.

We purchased a mattress from Derek. He was knowledgeable, professional, very helpful and friendly. Derek fit us and our sleeping styles to an appropriate mattress, rather than selling us a mattress based on his commission and the mattress he needed to sell. Great service and products, but prices are high.

My sales person was Becky Morrissey. She was fantastic. She gave me choices, options, helped me search for exactly what I was looking for. Did not over pressure me for anything more than what I had requested…. She was very friendly, and I felt relaxed in the store while I search for my ideal chair. One request I have for her, is that you update her with a more up-to-date laptop. She had issues with it losing battery life, even with it being plugged!.thank you Becky!! 5 stars for her!

My sales rep Jay aka James was very patient and made sure that evey need wad met when it came financing my merchandise for what I came in for and got more bargain for my bucks when everything was finally done. This was my second encounter with Ashley Furniture. The experience allowed me to browse and make considerations without pressure. The sales person was always available for questions and other options that existed. Purchasing paperwork easy and precise. Peaceful and enjoyable experience.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Everyone was very friendly but we were not bombarded with someone following us around. As soon as we need help, Derek was there and walked us through everything. We left very happy and excited customers!

My experience at the Ashley store in Kirkwood was amazing. Sales Associate Derek helped me with my purchase from the time I walked in until we left. He was very friendly and I also had a floor supervisor to approach me and asked me if anyone had assisted me as well. Overall my experience was great and yes I will shop at Ashley in Kirkwood again.

Jim was very helpful and friendly. He managed to save me some money. Buying three beds, mattresses, and box springs can get pricy.
