Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

On the expensive side. Ran around $80 and only one of the four had a drink. The others had water. nice atmosphere. great service and good burgers.

You gotta love this Red Robin! The people are Super and the food incredible!❤❤❤ They were extremely busy but took the time out to assist up. Burgers are always good and the onion ring tower is something I love!

What an enjoyable experience. We shopped all day and were looking for a restaurant we saw some time back but couldn't remember the name. It might have closed due to covid. As we were looking we went into the Hamilton Center to find some place to eat. We saw Red Robin on the search for restaurants map. Found it. Got right in and we were not disappointed our server was Jury with the emphasis on the "ry". She was outstanding. We got the fried pickles for appetizer. No picture, they didn't last long enough. I got the Royal burger, my wife got the tavern burger with no bun. My daughter got the Soutbern Charm burger. We all got the steak fries. Note: the burgers actually look like the pictures. Smell and taste better though.

Alyssa was an AMAZING server. She was fast, kind, funny, and on top of everything all night. We had a large party that had bottomless floats, appetizers, and entrees. It was a ton of food and drinks and she didn’t miss a beat. She was fun and made the night great. Thank you Alyssa.

Our server Ms. Vicotria was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to meet. She was on top of everything we needed and had us laughing. We wish her the absolute best life has to offer and red robin is lucky to have her.

This was my first Red Robin experience. I mostly eat plant-based/vegan. We saw they had the impossible burgers here. I was happy with the friendly service I received. The food was cooked well.

Had a wonderful experience food is on point. The mozz. Twist are fantastic. We had Gabe as our server. He made our experience even better.

2nd week in a row we have been there. Moderately busy and we got in sat in Jordan section who was our server. Second time with the server too. My daughter and I decided we would ask the waiter for a sample of all the free dipping side sauces. Jordan didn't blink and eye. Got us all the sauces and even my wife joined in on the taste test. Campfire Mayo was the best. Bottomless strawberry lemonade that can be its own meal. Service was outstanding. Tip your good servers well and your great servers even better!!!! Burgers my daughter and I had were great, fried pickles were a little salty but great experience

Really good food- timely/tasty, and the service was moderate. Would do it again in a heartbeat! Overall 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!! Clean restaurant, and our server was attentive to all 7 of us! Will be back!

Great time with teenage son and his grandmother! Suits all age generations and even babies and toddler friendly. The little.ones get to leave with balloons. Whenever we go staff is super friendly and on top of their job. Food is always great! Great American cuisine. Unlimited steak fries with any entree. Good deal if your hungry.

Obviously this is chain restaurant food but I have to say our meal was really good. I especially like how since my husband and I shared our burger, they cut it in half for us and gave us each our own basket with garlic fries. That was very nice of them. The garlic fries with beer cheese were so good. Our server was delightful. We enjoy coming here and getting a decent burger at a decent price. And the unlimited sides are nice too.

We’ve come here a few times and the food is consistently good. We’ve also been very pleased with the service. Today we had Jordan as our server. He was attentive and friendly. Lots to like about this restaurant!

Unlike their sister location in Casleton that is never staffed, always has a 2 plus hour wait because "theres no staff". We were immediately seated, waited on. Our drinks immediately brought out. Food order taken. Minimal wait, and made correctly! Oh yes, they were fairly busy. 30 plus patrons in the building and getting busier. The servers paying attention to each table. Our check brought to us when we were done. And tables cleaned as patrons left.
Clean, well staffed, friendly. Restrooms cleaned and stocked.
Well ran, and the staff seemed happy.
