Janis Powell - State Farm Insurance Agent

Janis has been my agent for over 3 years! Her team is phenomenal and I always feel like I can call with any questions I have. Janis is knowledgeable about insurance and takes the time to make sure I have the coverages I need! I appreciate being part of the Powell agency. And I LOVE their new office by the Hard Rock Casino.

My family has had State Farm for years. As I got older I needed to add more insurance. With being my first time adding insurance without the help from my father I didn't understand polices and cover at all. When I went in Janis Powell's office I was able to meet with Nick. He was amazing he explained everything from A to Z to me and my Husband. He was so polite, patient and professional. We were able to add coverage that we needed at a affordable price. He called and did follow ups and even answered questions about old account I have. I truly appreciate Nick for going over and above to make sure we understood and pick the best option for us. Ms. Powell and her team members are nothing short of amazing. Their meticulous and personalize service to their clients really make you feel like family. They have excellent customer service we spoke with an associates named Nick he was very helpful and patient with us. He helped us do several transactions in a fashionably manner and made sure to follow up with us in order to make sure everything went accordingly. Even though I'm related to Janis Powell.....that by no means has any influence on my rating because customer service means everything to me. I live in California and had to be in the Chicago area to attend a family event. I stopped in to see her. She was finishing up with a customer. As I sat and listened...her professionalism and kindness glowed. What impressed me the most was her attention to detail and fact that her customer left happy with what seemed to be a clear understanding to whatever thier business was. Being impressed I switched to.support her too....
And lastly I got the exact same treatment. She didnt slack because I was a relative ....

When I pay my bill I usually talk to Nicholas. He makes paying a bill a pleasure as crazy as that sounds. He's always in an upbeat mood and always gets me laughing before I hang up the phone.
