Very friendly and prompt customer service from Justin. They also have a really great selection in their show room, and everything I looked at was available. Very happy I went there!

Frustrations handled. This local branch is great. Great people who do great work. Emser as a corporation seems to have many issues and problems, but I always find solutions to hiccups and headaches from the local Eugene team.

Walked into their store looking to purchase tile. Three employees sat behind the desk nobody greeted us and it was obvious that the customer service there lacks. Go somewhere else.
