Rick was an absolute godsend for us when we bought our first home, then when life came crashing through, selling and rebuying a new home, too. Hes easy to work with and has a great way of making sure you know how/when/where/why everything goes the whole way through the process, and keeps it easy to understand for people like me who know nothing about the process. Going through hard times in general was more than enough stress and Rick did everything for us with our homes to keep one less thing to worry about off our plates. Even when he was having health issue of his own, he made sure we were taken care of and got our keys when we wanted them! I cannot recommend him enough, he’s the only one I trust to make sure buying or selling gets done right! I can’t recommend him enough to anyone who needs a realtor, he’s the best!

Rick is the absolute best. He puts in overtime and then some, so your never left uncertain of where your at in the process. He's thorough, knowledgeable, as hard working as they come and just a great person to go through the sometimes crazy house buying process with. He takes care of all the little things for you. Rick has helped us buy two houses. We started out working with several realtors the first time & soon realized that he was far and away the most professional, honest, knowledgeable, and genuine. When we bought another house a few years later, we did not bother to work with anyone else. He was unfailingly attentive & communicative. He put in time & research, but he also gave us the tools to do our own research & facilitated that. When things bogged down in negotiation, he was a creative problem solver, but he was never afraid to say that it was a bad deal, even if that meant walking away from a bigger sale.
