Great for beginners! The hot yoga is definitely HOT🔥 such a great workout! I would recommend bringing your own yoga mat and towel

My favorite place! I have been doing Zumba every Wednesday and love it! Also do hot yoga and regular yoga too and also love it. Great people, clean place!

Go Ariel is my favorite! I frequently go to hot yoga classes and Zumba there. All the instructors are great and it is always very clean there! My favorite place

I just started yoga and was a little nervous I find beginner classes a little boring but felt overwhelmed at regular classes at other studios I tried out, not at Go Aerial! The level 1 & 2 class works well for me I can see what I should be doing and what I want to work up to. If you are thinking of trying yoga but are unsure definitely check it out. They also have free babysitting available which helps me out tremendously!! I’ve also tried the aerial yoga class and I’m hooked. If you are new to yoga don’t be afraid to try aerial yoga you’ll be amazed at what you can do. The instructors I’ve had so far are April & Jenna they have been super helpful!
