AT&T Store

Came in with no service very frustrated, after hours of me trying, I came in and Amera and Crystal were able to get my account fixed and service on in 15 minutes! Amazing! Very happy! Good people for your store!

My experience was positive overall. They were very busy so I had to make multiple visits but once matched with Luz and David they were very helpful.

I worked with Maria, she was amazing. Since August of 2023, there was a major issue of an account. Maria problem solved this in less than ten minutes. She is awesome!!!! A true professional.😊😊😊

I appreciated the service we received from Luz on Sunday 10/15/23. She was patient and transferred my data to my new phone and did the same for my grandson. She explained my plan benefits and was knowledgeable about the products we bought. It gets busy there and we were fortunate enough to get help right away, but noticed several people coming in afterwards. I'd suggest setting up an appointment (as I've done before), to shorten your wait time..but know that you will get the undivided attention you need!

Wonderful Service!! Go see Ernest, he was amazing. We switched everything over from Verizon to AT&T and we had a lot of questions. Ernest spent 2 hours with us and explained everything perfectly and switched everything from our old phones to our new ones without losing anything. Very Happy with his amazing customer service!!

Over the last 10 or 12 years we have spent tens of thousands of dollars on cell phones and service at AT&T. In the area of Laporte and Michigan City, their coverage is the best out of all of the carriers. We had run into some small problems in the past not receiving around $3000 for cell phones (three iPhone XR’s, mail ordered by internet)traded in and we were ready to leave AT&T. Came in and traded the IPhone 12’s in for iPhone 15 and bought an iPhone 14. We also purchased the $40 phone protectors for all 4 phones. Both Maria and Crystal have been nothing but kind, helpful, and polite and explained everything about the devices, what was necessary for replacement screen protectors, and how to keep our phones safe and protected for the next three or four years! I would highly recommend you speak with either Maria or Crystal, they are amazing at helping customers and very kind!

I got the Iphone 14 Plus last year, it’s been a dream! The camera is amazing and i got the screen protector, which has only cracked once and i’ve dropped it probably a million times. I got it replaced for only $10. I have had 10/10 experiences.
