In spite of a completely dead phone, and problems beyond their control, the staff was patient and very personable. He was knowledgeable, but not pushy. I felt it was an excellent experience working with them. I’ve stopped in at other times with a question and everyone who works there has been friendly and helpful. I am thankful for them.
