Rite Aid

I have never seen the pharmacy staff ignore customers. They get VERY busy and I can imagine the pressure they're under. If occasionally I had to wait for a long time, it just means THEY'RE BUSY WITH A LOT OF CUSTOMERS! They've always been nice & treated ppl well.

I love this pharmacy the staff are so kind, they have never changed the tabs on me, and they got my prescription to go thru my insurance it is now free, I was paying 200$ then 70$ and now 0$ I love them. I can't say enough positive, I'm so grateful! I was with walgreens before and I'm never going anywhere else!

Rx was in stock and filled the same day, which was important as this is an antibiotic.

This store on Lancaster in Salem and the Keizer store have some very nice cashiers. The girl in Salem had shoulder length red hair was so helpful in finding ways for me to save some money on the items I needed.
I don’t know why customers come in and yell at the cashier when it is clearly not their fault. It is not the cashiers fault if they run out of an item. Well anyways people should be kind to each other

Years ago, I was not satisfied with Rite Aid as my pharmacy, but they have completely changed and certainly outshine Walgreens now. My local Walgreens severely cut their hours, I ran out of more than one medication because of how slowly they were filling. And I waited hours on the phone, and when it finally told me that I would be next, it hung up on me.

Rite Aid is incredible in comparison. They are great on their own. I'm actually happy that I "had to" switch. I much prefer Rite Aid.

Very competent and patient. This is typical of all Rite Aid stores.

I want to give a HUGE Thank you to Coryna Rasmussen the pharmacist! I came in last minute transferring my prescription while she was extremely busy! She did not get annoyed or frustrated and she did her very best to help me get my prescription for my children. I am extremely thankful for her!

love the pharmacy, if you go as many times as I do then they remember you and are really nice to you. The rest of the store is very nice and clean, well stocked, and the staff are always nice. The plenti points deal gives great discounts - this is my go to store for lots of things!

Always friendly and have been able to help me out when my current Riteaid was unable or out of the prescription I needed. Never a complaint or indication it was an inconvenience.

Absolutely phenomenal staff. Greeting every time you walk in the door and always ready to help you find product. They remember names and faces for frequent shoppers. I absolutely love this store!

Helpful. Also greatly assisted me when I needed over the counter assistance with my injuries. I am unable to qualify for any sort of medical healthcare insurance.

Always quick to offer support options, and answering my questions, my prescriptions are always filled on time as well

Clean and friendly place to shop. You can get great deals at times, and they even give you a employee discount a couple times a year.

U pay a bit more but its sanitary n peaceful friendly service
