This nearby store has easy access, plenty of parking, and I have bought about everything under the sun there, from computers to office furniture to candy. Every row has a new surprise. I would shop there everyday but must stick to a budget. Give them a look-see for a unique shopping experience and nice folks working there!

Kelly was fantastic. She is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and helped me even though it was her day off. There is no way I could have received better help than that which she graciously extended.

Needed help from copy center and got excellent service from the cashier. Enjoyed the member discount as well. They rocked in the customer service area.

At least they were nice enough to say why they were closed. The last review was someone who gets easily excited over lights. Which is why they used a fake name and misread courtesy signs. Just looks like they forgot the light sign.

Store was slow but each associate I met were very helpful.

He is always available to assist and provide valuable advice with any sales situation.

I needed to print my resume while in my way to an interview, as my printer was running out of ink and the print was spotty at best. I literally had 4$ on a card and the self serve printers hold $5. I asked the lady behind the counter and she was so helpful she had me email it and she basically charged per copy. I made it out and to my interview. Her understanding and call to action was amazing and I am extremely grateful to her. I hope to one day be able to pay it forward in the same fashion. I didn't get here name, I assume she was a mixed race shorter hair and glasses, any ways thank you -you are tops!

I needed to print a few books so I went to office max on Lancaster street in Oregon and their customer service was super awesome. Kelly , Macy & Alejandra are a great team and awesome customer service.

My favorite place to get my favorite pens, had a basic question on some printers, was provided that information in a friendly way by Mark G, the General Manager, and was given alternative options for a printer that will fit my needs even better, at a better price point.

My experience with Mark, not many places provide good customer service, Mark gave an excellent experience and as such Store is now my Primary Store. Just like my preferred gas station, they may be less expensive options, but I'll pay a bit more because the employee interaction is worth it...

Michelle at Office Max was so amazing. She made me laugh, knew how to answer the questions I had, held my items for me as I needed to run home to get my payment, and was just beyond kind. I highly recommend anyone to check them out. The store manager is such an amazing boss. Love this store!

Everyone in the print department give me excellent service, but Dinah adds a sense of humor that makes it more enjoyable.
Update: sadly, Dinah passed away since my last review.
However, their new associate Macy Rose Love is efficient, professional and friendly; a pleasure to do business with!

Great experience. My laptop was not working and I had no idea why. Weslee got by laptop up and running again. He explained what my issue was. He also check to make sure my laptop didn't have other problems. Thank you Weslee

Needed to get the right sized item and so needed personalized help. They are clearly short staffed. The man at the check out counter wasn’t sure how to help, so swiftly called someone. That person came immediately and went overboard in testing the product to make sure it would do what I needed it to do. I was so impressed!
