My Serbian friend was telling me to tryout this place. This was my first time eating this type of food and i must admit, the food is very good. Nice portion and reasonable price. Customer service was good. Definitely will stop whenever I’m in Gary

We have been waiting to get this way to be able to try. Today was our first visit. Easily placed an order online. Chose the amazing sides we wanted ❤ and took it back to the truck to enjoy. OH MY! Absolutely hands down the best food I have had traveling our country in a semi. No matter what you order, I promise.......you will not be disappointed.

Wow! I had no idea what to expect. This place is a trailer set at one entrance of the Petro travel center. There are a couple of small high top tables inside. The food was outstanding and I'll be back when passing this way.
Know why your coming here: not for atmosphere but for food... it's fantastic and worth whatever aesthetic niceties you might otherwise wish for.
If you are in a hurry, call to order about 10-15 minutes before you arrive.

Melt in your mouth delicious! And no you won't need any sides bc the stuffed burgers are made for giants! Pork Kebab is very good too! Butter balls have amazing flavors and yummy cabbage! Will definitely be back to try more items!

Very very good meat. Awesome value for the price. If you are eastern European or Caucasian definitely stop here to get a piece of home. The lady is super nice too. Call in to order ahead they don't have sitting because of covid.

I cannot begin to describe the flavors that danced around my mouth in the first bite. I can’t count the number of times I’ve drove past this place, always wary, always too hesitant to come in. I wish I had the BALLS to stop in here sooner! This place holds the number 4th spot of my all time favorite dives!!!! If you haven’t tried this place before I truly encourage you to come in.

Totally recommend they don't have tablets to eat there but u can take out iff u call ahead of time u just get there and pick up all the food they make there is delicious . Any plate you get you well enjoy it . It is just amazing. So happy with them

Everything is made fresh to order. The Gourmet burger is delicious and very juicy. Stuffed with ham, cheese and savory spice makes this Gourmet burger worth buying. Outstanding.

Delicious Balkan food! First time trying food and I will definitely be back. especially since there's not many Balkan restaurants in the area, I'm so happy to have found this little gem!

I recommend calling ahead of time or go order them fill up your car.
I went ordered my food then went across the street to fill up my car and when I got back my food was ready!
The food is very good and if you like eastern European good this is the place to go you will love it!
Deffenetaly stopping by next time for sure!

There's something about getting food from a truck trailer that just hits different. Rather than queuing up with the other normies at Chick-fil-A, more people should experience and appreciate what places like the Balkan Grill have to offer. It helps that the food is amazing, too. Truly an NWI gem. Try some of their bottled soft drinks while you're at it. I recommend Cockta.

Our fave place every time we pass by here in Garry...super yummy meat!!🙌👌👌🙌 we've always get the balkan mix meat.. definitely must try esp those truckers out there! Yummyness 😋🤗😋

Best Serbian/Balkan Food on the road for us truckers. When passing Chicago on I80/I94 this place is a must stop.

Used to be open late, not anymore! Open till 5pm, but actually until4:30 they don’t answer the phone after that! Noon to 7pm at least, you catch lunch and dinner 👎

You cant even have words to describe how tasty is the food here.
The stuffed burger and the bean soup its a must !!!
