I'm not a fan of leaving reviews, but I have to for this place of business. When I say this will be my new shop for my car repairs....I mean it. The gentlemen of the shop are respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. I was In a bind and they were able to inspect, explain, and repair my car for a reasonable price on short notice. I'm very appreciative and will be coming back in the future.

Nobody in the area wanted to even touch my tahoe with 5.7 engine when i told every shop i called that i was doing a swap to a 6.0 i called these guys they had me turn key in a 4 hours work was amazing any parts i didnt have they ordered i would recommend this shop to any and everybody they will definitely be the only people working on my cars from now 💯💯 real honest upfront people please don’t hesitate to call no matter what they are doing they answer that phone 💯

I have been going to Prestige auto faithfully for 2 years now and I have never had any issues! They never disappoint and have serviced my car countless times! They will try their best to save you money and they always give the best advice. I literally do not take my car anywhere else and never will to be honest. If you’re looking for a dependable and HONEST mechanic… do yourself a favor and go to Prestige!

I'm so glad I came to prestige. I went to 3 other shops in hammond and no one could tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. I took it to prestige and in 20 mins he told me what the problem was. Now I'm back rolling good and everything is running good. I recommend prestige for all your car needs. The best in Hammond

Great guys, always on time and get the job done right the first time. They have done all the work on my cars from daily to my weekend worrier. They did a complete swap on my truck motor, electrical, trans, exhaust, tuning & the suspension work. I haven’t had any problems till this day with any of my cars . Highly recommend them!

I have taken all our family cars here. Jose and his brother are always upfront with what the problem is and I never feel like they’re taking advantage of me. Their prices are lower than other places I have been. I recommend them to all my friends and family when they ask for mechanic suggestions.Their customer service is fantastic.

I took my vehicle in after receiving a code for a cylinder six misfire and later learned my truck would require extensive work. While the truck was in the shop, Jose would call me to provide updates of the work being performed. Once my vehicle was ready, Jose went over the invoice line by line to explain everything that had been done. I found him to be honest, transparent and thorough with his work. I will not hesitate to take my vehicle to him again if the need arises, and I would recommend him to others.

Called and spoke with Jose at 8:00AM
I told him I needed a ignition coil replacement because my service engine soon light was on.
He told me to come in at 11:00AM and he’ll have my truck ready before I go to work at 1pm.
I showed up at 11am and he had me out of there by 11:35am
Jose explained everything that I needed to know before working on my truck and was very professional and honest. I told a few people about his business and I’ll be back for any of my service needs. Thank you Jose.

Very reasonable. Got a quote from another shop for $300 plus labor for a tie rod on my Ford Fusion and Prestige Auto did the work for $101 total. I will definitely be back.

Great place to have all of my vehicles serviced, domestic, imports alike. I've been taking all my vehicles to this place for over a decade. Owner is a great guy very knowledgeable. Being a car guy myself, I highly recommend this shop.

My employer’s fleet vehicle was damaged while I was working in the field. I took the vehicle to Prestige, and they were able to inspect and identify the problem within minutes. Also, they were able to get the replacement part and repair the vehicle the same day, allowing me to get back to work. Without Prestige’s prompt service, this situation could have turned into a logistical nightmare!

I have a 1999 Jeep that needed a lot of work. I brought it to Prestige and was impressed by the explanation of the process it would take to fix it. Their prices are very competitive and their work is superb. I highly recommend Prestige Auto Center.
