Courtyard by Marriott Portland East

We had to stay there do to a snow storm. The service but one person in particular I want to speak and that’s one of your housekeepers Trella is her name, She was swamped but so helpful as was all the staff during this hard time! Definitely will be back!

I felt the hotel very freindly and the room was very comfortable. The staff was very freindly and helpful. Parking was well lit and easy to use.

We stayed one night here. The moment we walked in we were greeted like old friends. The staff took great care of us. We utilized the laundry area. We loved that is locked and restricted to one user at a time. The room was modern. The bathroom was clean but not spotless and the shower drain was slow which we reported when we checked out. We ordered breakfast from the coffee bar area. It was delicious. If we're ever in the area I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, room was nice and spacious and clean. The area has a lot of crackhead people walking around the parking lots asking for money, it’s not walkable to anything.

Clean, spacious rooms. Well-appointed hotel with a surprisingly respectable fitness center. The pool is small, but nice. Ample indoor and outdoor lobby space to unwind or catch up. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary Wi-Fi is good; an important trade-off for the total lack of cellphone coverage.

This is my third time staying at this Marriott location and let me tell you, Elisa who works the front desk as the supervisor is so helpful. Her and her entire crew make you feel comfortable, and are very attentive to hospitality and care.

If you’re looking for a hotel that isn’t noisy, family friendly then this is your spot!

Elisa was fantastic! She saved this review. My toilet wasn’t working and I ask for my room to made up on my way the morning after my first night… upon returning that evening, neither was done. There was no one working at night to fix my toilet. So Elisa was able to get me a new room with working facilities. The property was newer and clean!

This is a great spot to stay. It's next to a 7-11, the 84 freeway and several restaurants. The rooms are spacious and modern. It's location is very quiet. Definitely my pic for my next Portland visit.

Newer hotel!!! Really nice layout. The employees are super friendly. Greeted me once I walked through the door. Everyone had masks on and hand sanitizer everywhere. Due to them opening during the pandemic they had to put their kitchen on hold so they only offered a very small menu for purchase but…… they had a fully open Starbucks espresso machine which was icing on the cake for me!!! The rooms are spacious and clean. Passed a room attendant and she greeted me with a hello. Wow everyone who works here are so friendly and hotel is so accommodating. Thank you for making my stay so welcoming. Definitely will be staying here next time I’m in Portland!!!

Every single staff member I interacted with was beyond amazing. If I was senior management these would be the individuals that I would make an effort to keep around me. There was an issue with my original reservation at a different hotel near by and got reassigned to this hotel. This was at 1 am with my 11 year old son in tow. We were both so happy of how we got taken care of that I will be definitely be coming back to this hotel just because of how our issues were addressed.

Also rooms are great, facilities are awesome and the garden/lounge in the back are fantastic. Good memories with my kid here.

Thanks to the amazing staff, you went above and beyond. Specially the individual Friday 9/10 at 2 am and manager. But again, all staff was awesome.

Above and beyond customer service from Michael and Monique, who were working the front desk during my stay. Although recently opened, I nonetheless appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of the entire hotel. A bit disappointed by the Bistro not yet being open, but was not a major inconvenience, as I had backup options after reading previous reviews.

**The location is industrial and dark, and I did notice broken glass in a parking space not far from mine- presumably a windshield - and despite being close to the lobby**

My stay was so nice! Girl at the front desk was so helpful and nice to my family, the pool was loved by the kids! I would say my favorite part was how clean the rooms were. Covid made me nervous to travel again but seeing how prepared they were with sanitizer wipes in the room for us and always cleaning the lobby and doors. My family felt very safe.

I can’t say enough good things about this place, the staff is very friendly, it is clean and quiet. We previously stayed near the airport and that was a mistake (very loud at all hours)! Marriott quickly corrected our concern and we chose this place. What a great choice!

Love this hotel but under staffed and not enough cameras. Lots of car break ins. Beautiful property and landscaping. Bistro barely open n usually only one or two staff on duty.

Came in @11 pm after having left our original reserved room, and finding it with dirty sheets. Tried two other Portland motels one out on airport way which was super expensive, and the other having an ajar door and unserviced from the prior rental. Drove west on Sandy Blvd. pretty much thinking we were going to drive 3 hours home and came upon this Marriott oasis. Thank you!
This will be our go to rental for our overnight stays in the Portland area.

Great location, the staff was so friendly and the hotel is brand new! The spacious outdoor seating area with the fire pit was a huge surprise ! I will definitely be staying here next time I travel for work.

New Marriott property close to the Airport. The staff was incredibly helpful and were two of the best styled people I have seen Post-Covid. We are definitely coming back.

Absolutely amazing property. So many details in the amenities available in the room. A sleeper sofa with an actual comfortable mattress. Will be finding reasons to stay again.

What a beautiful roomy room! Very modern design with tons of space in room #329! Microwave, fridge, Marketplace and a bistro.
