I came in not knowing anything about what kind of shoes I was looking for other than gym shoes, and they were very helpful. They took their time and had me try on at least 8 pairs of shoes. It felt nice that they would take their time to make sure I had what I was looking for. This was not going to a big box store, and having someone point you in the direction of what you might want. This was a fantastic experience. I did not feel rushed or pressured. I definitely felt like maybe I walked into the wrong store at first. Because they are focused on running shoes. The salesperson put me at ease and explained to me the difference in shoes and what they are for. I ended up with a great pair of crosstrainers that were exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Fantastic experience. Shop here, give them your money. They definitely earn it.

Great, locally owned running store. Local and nationwide brands, personable staff that will find your perfect running or walking shoe. They host group runs and seasonal training sessions for kids and adults, all paces and experience; check their website for times.

Foot Traffic gave me an absolutely wonderful experience shopping for new running shoes with proper arch support. I came into the store yesterday in the afternoon. I was extremely impressed with the level of knowledge and care that my fitter shared as they brought three shoe options specific to the description of what I was looking for compared against some shoes that hadn't worked well for me in the past. They also made top notch recommendations for higher quality insoles to match my arch profile. I ended up purchasing one of the recommended pairs along with two pairs of high quality insoles - one for the new shoes and one for an older pair.

As a ski boot fitter myself, I spend a lot of time assessing customer foot profiles, ski ability levels, and arch support profiles in order to provide the best product recommendations and advice to my customers. It was an absolute surprise and a joy to receive the same level of dedicated care and attention from the Foot Traffic team in selecting new running shoes.

Later that same day, I went out and ran twice as far as I normally do in total comfort, with excellent stability and with zero foot fatigue. I can't recommend this shop enough!

Good selection and knowledgeable staff. I went in with a good understanding of what I wanted. I was shown plenty of options and walked away with a pair of shoes I'm happy with. There are multiple locations and they will do inter-store transfer to get you any size/color they don't have in their own store room.

Went in here for the first time the other day for some walking shoes and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Super fast and friendly service, great recommendations. I specifically needed help finding shoes since I have high arches and need extra support, and one of the employees had me hooked up with some great Sauconys. Paid $140, which I felt was a fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of walking/running shoes!

Super service from my salesperson Tom. He really understood which Hokas would serve my feet best and gave me a few modifications to lacing, etc. that were really helpful.

Came in barely able to walk because of pain in my feet. Podiatrist recommended I see a shoe specialist that could analyze my gait and properly fit my feet.Was greeted by Morgan, the manager. He was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I have very narrow feet and have had problems finding shoes that fit. Morgan took the time to listen to my concerns. We started with a neutral shoes, then we kept refining what would work best for. I must have tried on 6 different shoes because I have a lot of different issues with my feet. Morgan wanted to make sure I had the best shoe overall and took the time to make that happen. Can't thank you enough!

The experience I had this weekend was above and beyond my expectations. I had never been in a running store before, and was a bit nervous that I’d be in over my head. Rest assured, Sage was very helpful and approachable as soon as I walked in. She analyzed my gait efficiently, and brought out many great shoe options for me to try. I ended up loving one of her original recommendations, and walking away with great shoes and an even greater experience. I will absolutely return to this location for my future needs!

I stopped in with absolutely no idea what I was looking for except for help and walked out with a great pair of shoes and plenty of knowledge.

Katie was AMAZING - she knew exactly what she was looking at and was very adept with the stores product line. She was able to examine my gait and immediately pull multiple pairs of shoes to try around the block and explained the differences between each so I was able to make an informed decision.

Within 30 minutes I walked out with one of the most comfortable pairs of trainers I have ever had as well as a better understanding of my stride. I will 100% be back as well as recommend this business to everyone that I know. Thank you!
