St Anthony Medical Center EAP

My fiance came in 911 after having a heart attack at work. His care from the time he arrived until he was discharged was excellent. I worked in the health care field for over 40 years. With that said I could not be more disappointed with your ER staff. When I arrived I was told he was not on the board yet I would be notified when he was. I WAITED OVER AN HOUR and went to the desk two times with no information. I was the only one mist of the time in the waiting room.My third time I went up and asked and was told he was taken down for a procedure go to cath lab and wait for the phone to ring. Unnacceptable for any family member not to be informed and to be told to go wait for the phone to ring not knowing any details. Shame on you ER staff SHAMEON YOU!

My family member is getting exceptional care here.

I am in the hospital going crazy because they didn't have rx at hand, they ask me call home and get mine own, she said to give it to her when they came it's been and hour and they holding them from me, this medication is very important do the fact they're for my depression, 2 days without them is dangerous do the fact that is very hard on the mind. Holding medication from me is a challenge can't take it anymore. This will be the last time that I would come to the hospital. Having a panic attack right now, all to charge me

My sister has been in this hospital several years due to health complications as a Kidney Recipient. Just within the past couple of weeks she was hospitalized there after a hip replacement and every time she has been there they have gotten urine samples and never made it to the lab 3x. This time during her whole stay not 1 nurse came to check on her only During shift change. Thank goodness my mother was able to stay with her most of the time. Drs released her 5 hours before a nurse showed up to give them release papers not to mention they pushed the call nurse button and still no nurse came in. One of the worst hospitals I have ever experienced and we've been to a lot!

NEVERRRR will myself or any loved one of mine be seen at this establishment. It should be a crime to even call this health care or a hospital.
Dr.K.Bell in the ER is incompetent. Didn't order appropriate images, never read any results to us, had nurses (which by the way nurses, your job is PATIENT ADVOCACY) give paperwork for consent but never asked permission or informed why procedure was necessary. Procedure had to be done twice and still was not done right. Family was forced out of the room even though patient requested for us to stay. She was extremely rude and not at all personable.
I am beyond disappointed. Then, I went to file an official complaint with the hospital only to receive a call telling me there is no form and I can just tell them over the phone what I want to complain about.
I would rather die trying to get to a real hospital than ever step foot in this one again.

The ER was good. I was admitted. Worse place ever. I found out before I left that my medical record contained much wrong info entered into the computer by the admitting nurse on the floor. Check your medical records if you have ever been there. I demanded a correction and supposedly it was done. I will follow-up. I probably shouldn't even be alive with the info that was put in. I have pictures. It was bad.
