I was shopping for last minute gifts for Valentines day. I asked an employee if there were any football cards maybe somewhere else in the store. I'd checked in toys and up front, said it wasn't a big deal, but she went into the back to look and found me in the checkout line. She found better cards and knew the price when I asked so I bought 2. She really saved my day.

Love the idea of the quick photo development but there is never anyone there to help you quickly get out for just a photo pick up, they always send you in the long checkout line when I am there only to pick up my photos. They have a register there so why can’t the person check is out?!

Pharmacy helpful and friendly but went to the front my husband was buying water and some older woman that was working as the cashier in the front was worried and continued taking a lot about the weather the snow he just went to go buy water and she wouldn’t stop talking about the snow it’s a time and a place.

The pharmacist is the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life! Her poor attitude, rudeness and scowl on her face has been consistent for as long as she's been there - this is her true self and it's sad that Walgreens makes their customers and her coworkers put up with her. If they want happy customers they need to fire her immediately and try to permanently hire the extremely nice and competent "floater" pharmacist that was there for a short time last year. I live a few blocks from this store but I am changing my pharmacy and will drive further and spend extra $$ on gas just to not have to deal with her any longer! Farewell Walgreens - until you get rid of this horrible, horrible woman!

Bessy and the pharmacist Jennifer are completely rude, incompetent and inept! I was warned not to use the store, I learned my lesson and will be changing to any store, Even if I have to go to Illinois to fill my prescriptions, I will not ever use Walgreens again! I’m sure they don’t care that I’m doing this, but there are a lot of people out there that are switching for the same reason!

Walgreens pharmacies are usually the worst, but this one takes the cake. So many issues with multiple prescriptions for multiple family members including my children and they don’t ever take responsibility. They are “understaffed.” Welcome to 2022.

On multiple occasions, was told my prescription would be ready and to come back (hours after it was ordered) then to find out that its not even in stock. Wasted time and put my health in jeopardy. Im done! Message to the owner - shut your doors if you cant provide the service, stop wasting everybodys time!

Worst store ever I have seen, incompetent people they always don’t know nothing and even don’t try to help you to find what you’re looking for. Never haven’t found anything what I was looking, very limited inventory.

The manager of the store, Steve, was very rude. I was buying a prepaid phone and he made me feel like i was stealing it. When i confronted him as to why he was treating me this way, he said that i was not welcome there. Why?????? Still bogles my mind.

Waited over an hour for a flu shot, only to find out three months later that they never entered the record of the vaccine into their computer

Please don’t ever go to this place. Especially for covid testing. They are the worst. They were more than rude and never answer the phone. Whoever takes the phone calls deserves to be fired. Even better the entire place needs to be shut down. They are horrendous.

This is one of the worst Walgreens I have ever been too. They are very rude and if you should go to any Walgreens do the one on Broadway.
