Bridgeway Inn & Suites Portland Airport

The man at the front desk at the Gresham Oregon Hotel was very cordial, however the room was disgusting. The shower curtain had been ripped off the wall and a very poor job of fixing it. The walls were disgusting, the bathroom door was held together with screws around the edges, you had to hold the toilet seat lid up so that you could use the toilet, it wouldn't just stay up. This was the first hotel I've ever checked the bed for bugs before I got in. I'm not sure what's on that bathroom light or when it's been cleaned last or the toilet paper holder. Also when we went for breakfast, the chairs where so filthy you couldn't decide which one you might want to sit it.

The front desk is very friendly. The place is very quiet. It isn’t perfect, but we didn’t come here expecting the Hilton. It is better than some of the motel 6’s in the area.

The people here were great, especially the general manager, Ajay. This stay was during the recent Great Freeze...and when their pipes froze and burst Ajay had people on it right away and it was fixed in no time. My only complaint would be the TV, but I suspect that the drastic weather played a part in that. Thanks, guyes!

The receptionist Lacey was extremely kind and accomedating by correcting an error on our stay at Bridgeway Inn. She provided excellent service and answered all my questions.

Very accommodating for my dog and I! Multiple front desk workers helped me throughout my stay and they were all friendly and hospitable.

We literally checked in at around eight or so last night. It is now 11:30 AM. This place I would have to say is pretty amazing already. The front desk lady saw that I was on a bottom floor and disabled. And she offered to move us up immediately without me asking. But all I need is to get my refill and I will be fine. But, the place we just left in the seven months we were there never once offered to move us until there was a fire. And then they only moved us down one floor. These rooms are nice and huge. Beds are comfortable. Love that there are bathtubs and not just a shower. Other than going to the Oregon coast, this is definitely one of the best hotels in Portland I’ve been to. And I’ve definitely been through a lot.

Lots of things to do near by. Rooms are large and very comfortable. A little overpriced in my opinion though

Front desk clerks very nice! The bed was soft and I slept like a beauty. Very quiet. Even though the swimming pool heater was broke me and my girls had fun playing and swimming anyways and was very clean.

Let me just tell you, you'll get the Full Portland Oregon experience here. I booked a room online, and check-in was a breeze. The man that situated me not only wreaked of alcohol, but good old cannabis, along with all other staff I encountered. Which, isn't a problem, I'm not complaining. Place seemed deserted at first and throughout cause staff kept sludging to the smoke area to keep the buzz going. Outside of that, it was a place to sleep for the night on my way through. A Very Interesting place.

This might not be one of the better motels around in my mind I would place it above the likes of clarion days inn or motel 6. The reason I gave it 5 stars, is the customer service here and, all of the people that work here are much nicer people than most of the other places I've stayed. They will drop what they are doing to help and never show the slightest sign of annoyance or impatiens. This is a place you would have a hard time recognizing one individual because they all perform at that level. It has consistently been that way for the last month.

Great hotel. Definitely a diamond in the rough. Used Orbitz and spent less than $100 for Thursday and Friday. Staff is AMAZING. Super friendly and helpful both during the day and night time. Dog friendly. Breakfast is not too bad. Room very clean and roomy. Had a couple special requests and they were very accommodating. I was even able to borrow a cell phone cord. Located near every kind of restaurant. The hotel is set back a little from main road so it's nice and quiet. Wish I could give more stars.

Shauna the front desk person was so helpful. We have a trucking company and we stay in several hotels each run. She let me know about CLC Lodging. A hotel discount card. She saved us some money and gave a a nice room! Thanks Shauna for all your help. The young Hispanic men was also very kind and helpful. If we get back this way again we will be back.

We stayed for 2 nights with our dog, which was great to find a pet friendly hotel. The pool and hot tub was awesome! The front desk people were very helpful with directions, since we are not from here. The room was quiet and clean with a comfortable bed. We will stay again! Thank you!

We had a situation occur with our apartment where it was necessary to rent a room for a couple of nights. Ridgeway suites came through with a very reasonable price and we were very satisfied with our visit, I give them five stars, hands down! The rooms were very clean, the hot tub and pool were available, and they have a nice little breakfast in the morning.

Located on a quiet street around the corner from everything, feels like the right place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. You cannot beat the staff, everyone that worked there was amazing and always offer help and great tips for around town.he room, location and breakfast were all great - but the staff make this place really special, they were all genuinely lovely. We will not stay anywhere else in Portland.If you're not overly fit, the stairs might prove a little wearing, but I promise you that this motel is well worth the effort.

I needed a room that was near work during the snow.
Liz was amazing and had me squared away quickly over the phone. Upon arrival, the time from lobby to key in hand was very short. The staff is very curteous and helpful.

My stay here was so much better than the time before. The staff was GREATLY IMPROVED. THE NEW MANAGEMENT has made much needed improvements.
If your looking for comfort at an affordable price this is your place. From the indoor pool and hot tub to the most comfortable beds....

I was visiting from out of town and needed to find a place in a short time. I was just staying one night. I was kind of in a bind. The staff here were very accommodating and helpful. They were making improvements during my stay to make stays more enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and staff are very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone passing through or trying to get away from normal life.

Stayed in one of their whirlpool suites over the weekend. It was awesome!

The room was very clean, and the employees were all very friendly - especially the head housekeeper!

Went there last night had a Jacuzzi tub room.The room and bed were great the price was good.Front desk staff were very professional and friendly.Will definitely return and recommend that everyone try.
