Arni's Crawfordsville

While traveling through Indiana on I-74 East, my husband asked me to look up the nearest Pizza Restaurant. We chose Arni's! What a nice surprise! A bright and clean restaurant with helpful and smiling employees. A very busy place but they still made us feel like we were their only customer. Once you place your order, you can sit in the lobby and watch them prepare your meal on their well lit, open kitchen or choose a seat in one of their three indoor dining areas. Weather permitting, there is also a fantastically large patio where you can choose from tables with or without an umbrella. Again...very clean.
We ordered a pizza, which was brought to our table HOT from the oven (and I mean HOT!!!) and prepared just as we had ordered. Yum!!

We visited Arni's for the first time just today and wow, was it good. We had pizza, bread sticks and salad. My favorite though, was the pizza. Hands down. It had a great flavor and was made just right! The bread sticks were solid too, served nice and hot with slightly-spicy cheese.

The atmosphere, while not bad, was so so. It was clean and everything, just seemed sort of boring; no music or anything like that. In fact it was pretty quiet when we were there. The bathrooms were very clean. Also, Arni's is generally pretty low key, serving pizza on cardboard trays with styrofoam plates. Not fancy, but good food quality!

I can't wait to come back to Arni's! We live an hour away and don't generally come to Crawfordsville, but I might have to make a special trip for some of that delicious pizza.

I rate the atmosphere here a little lower than the rest due to the building’s interesting layout. It appears to be built in a church that was added on to a few too many times. If you like the atmosphere of several independent cubbies with a few tables each you will like it here. The walls are somewhat sparse with a few historical pictures of Crawfordsville scattered about. As far as food and service I have always liked Arni’s food and the service here seems up to par with the one in Lebanon. Overall if you like thin crust pizza and this is a very good option in my opinion.

Met this place on a business trip. Tiny joint with lots of seating inside. Dont mistake this for just a pizza joint! They have a sandwich called the Hot Sicilian thats an absolute need to experience. It has ham, pepperoni, salami, onions, lettuce, tomato, bell peppers, and italian dressing (melted mottz too, if thats your thing) The whole sandwich was so huge its cut into 4 equal slices. I was done after about 2.5 slices and just went into auto-pilot to polish off the rest - it wasnt hard to do! I wasn't expecting such a great, unique, sandwich so large and full of flavor and to come outta this place, but 5 stars for shocking the sh$% outta me!

A nice roomy pizza place with not only pizza but also salads and a small selection of sandwiches. Great service and tasty food.

Look, Arni's isn't top tier dining but it is quality food for really good prices. I positively love this tiny restaurant tho because of the little nooks of booths. The pizza crust is so thin, crispy and delicious. The prices are very, very reasonable.
The air conditioning works very well in this building, I was freezing and that allowed us to enjoy the outside. It was dark but there was no wind and plenty of ambient lighting on our visit. This is a cute town as well. This was my first visit to C'ville but in Indy, I have given up on Arni's so this was a nice treat. Thanks guys!

Arni's is a must anytime my family goes to visit Crawfordsville. No one can beat their salads. They have wonderful pizza, especially barbecue. The breadsticks and cheese are the best!

Great tasting pizza! Thin crust cooked on deck ovens with just the right crunch. Both times I visited had my pizza in 10 minutes.

Very good food! In town on vacation and wanted some home style pizza. Hot and fresh lots of cheese. Just loved it!!

Always good to visit Arni's for that taste of home. First time at this location and it did not disappoint. Fast, friendly, and excellent. True to the namesake of Arni's.

Food is awesome, when we come back to town we will be back! We had the hot Sicilian and pizza. We split a sub and a each picked a small pizza and had leftovers. FYI best sub I ever had and pizza was perfect!

Just in town for a few days, this place came HIGHLY recommend. For good reason, it turns out. We just got the basic pizza and garlic bread, bit every piece was so flavorful that it was truly an experience. If you find yourself in this small town, do yourself a favor and hit up this local gem.

Love Love Love!

My childhood was all about walking to Arni's for breadsticks and cheese with just a plain cheese pizza! You can never go wrong with Arni's. Their salads are amazing as well. Every item on the menu is unlike any other pizza "joint" I've ever been to.

Alot of the Arni's staff at this location are either Wabash College students or local students in the area. Everyone is kind and welcoming throughout the restaurant. It stays clean and tidy!

This location does have a more limited menu to others (that I have experienced) but it's a lot of amazing classics that everyone loves.

You can't go wrong with Arni's!

Always a great place in town to get a pizza, consistent service & quality.

I wandered in here a couple hours before closing and placed a very large order for first thing the next day. This, admittedly, is not the nicest thing to dump on a business. The staff were super nice and accommodating. My order was ready when I showed up the next day and they even helped me carry it to my car. Oh yeah, and the pizza was delicious too.

Friendly staff. Good hot pizza right out of the oven.
