Access Medical Clinic: Crawfordsville

I went yesterday they were nice went and had my x-ray done. They called me at 4:50pm said the doctor was sending in antibiotic and another medicine and started taking antibiotic today. I call pharmacy nothing been called in and they are closed and don't open till 10 am tomorrow. I guess it will be Friday I might get to start medicine since I am working out of Crawfordsville tomorrow and won't be back until 2am Friday morning. Update 2/9/24 they did phone it in Thursday aft they opened but as I stated I was out of town for for work for from 9 am and didn't get back until 2am this morning. I did pick It up and got it started. They need to make sure to send in the scripts when they say they are going to do them.

The second I walked in I was treated with such care. I was able to get straight in and out. The nurse and doctor was amazing, they were both sweet and sympathetic with how I was feeling. This is probably the best experience I’ve had at any walk in clinic. They made me feel like they cared.

I checked in online, so when I arrived my wait was less than 10 mins. Staff was very nice, once I was back in a room I waited maybe 10 mins for the provider and she was very thorough and sweet. I highly recommend this clinic. Def will be my go to! Thanks again everyone that works here for your help and exceptional kidness!

I have been to this clinic twice. Both times I have been treated very nice, given excellent care when I am not feeling well. I will continue to use this clinic for non emergency type visits. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your service to our community.

I want to give a big shout out to a nurse named dani my mom was needing new prescriptions on her current medications and was having troubles with the doctors that prescribed them originally and Dani helped us get new prescriptions for those medications so thank you Dani you were very nice and very helpful!

Dani was very helpful in getting meds called in. She was very outspoken and I recommend her to anybody for answers.

I was able to get in and out in a timely fashion. And the remodel was a treat, under the old management it was a little dirty. keep up the great service.

This was my 2nd time under the new ownership. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The building is very clean. Don’t forget to check out their website to reserve a time.

It was a great visit. They listened and ran through options of what could be wrong, they examined and then treated. It was a quick and great experience.

I did a pre-checkin via their website. That worked great. My wait time was only 5min. Staff was courteous & the Dr. "Shante" was very nice. The clinic is open on weekends. Great for minor ailments. Will use again.

Hadn’t been to this place in years bc of bad experiences when it was API. I had to go today & they were all phenomenal. The person at the desk was wonderful, the nurse was wonderful & the doc was amazing. Never felt judged, they absolutely just wanted to help. I appreciate it so much & will not hesitate to go back if necessary in the future.

There was very little wait time, kind and friendly staff, very neat and clean. Much nicer than the old clinic that used to be there, by far.

Very pleasant people they really cared for me and took their time with me. I really liked it. It was my first time there. Thank you so much all the staff.

I will always give this place a 5 star review and I don’t go here any more due to medical reasons but they are like family. I found out I was pregnant there with my 4th son (it was a HUGE SUPRISE) they treated me like family ♥ This was in 2017 and the Dr. And nurse was AMAZING)!

Clinic has great staff who are always working diligently to make this a great company. I have never had an issue when going there. The wait may be long but it is an urgent care facility, but its not as long as an ER. The staff always have a smile on their face.

Doctor came in, took one quick glance at my daughter and immediately knew she needed and IV and meds from dehydration...5 hours later we went home, the next day she was back on her feet and eating again. I was very happy with them for taking so much time to get her better without an actual ER visit.

I have had an occasion to have a grandson to this facility and have found all of the personnel to be very efficient and courteous. The facility is always very clean and welcoming. It is especially convenient that a patient does not need an appointment to have one day service. All in all, I have found this to be a positive experience.

I enjoyed my experience with the staff. They and the Dr. were especially kind and friendly with my baby and my many questions. I highly recommend this clinic. It was clean and the service was fast, simple and helpful in every way.

Amazing staff, great service

I have been going here for a few years now and have had nothing but positive results out of them. The staff, nurses, and doctor are great people. Highly recommend them for any service you need within their capability
