The fries are amazing. I love the cookie dough shake. Hit or miss on clean tables. Bathrooms kinda spooky, idky

Their curbside procedure is excellent. They are very friendly and quick. My order was ready 7 mins early and delivered with a smile. This might be the friendliest store around..

I only used the drive-through, but the girl that handled my order from start to finish was genuinely wonderful. Excellent customer service!

The food is always amazing and filling just a little bit more expensive than other places but the quality makes up for it

Was ok, miss the waitress experience now it's just like a regular fast food, order at kiosk sit down go pick up your own food and drink. Not impressed with that!

Haven't been to a steak n shake for a while because it was my dad's favorite place to eat at and we recently lost him. So while in Crawfordsville on other business I decided to stop in this one for a bite to eat. They have changed to a kiosk system for ordering your food which was different. Kind of liked it in some ways but hate it that the server jobs aren't worked by a person because they usually have friendly servers at the steak n shakes I've been to. The manager here was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. Made small talk and he helped me with a mess up I had made on the kiosk. My order came out quickly and was hot, fresh and tasty. So far every encounter I've had in Crawfordsville has been good. Nice little indiana town!

I'd never been inside to eat at Steak n Shake. I was pleasantly suprised. The decor just kind of puts you in a happier mood right away. The waitress was nice and attentive. The employee uniforms are cute. The food was really, really good. We all got something different and there were no complaints. Delicious! I loved their milkshake. Way better than regular fast food. I'll never buy a milkshake anywhere else. I can't wait to go back.

Always quick and high quality food

I'm gonna give yesterday's experience a 5 star rating, the clerk was very good at suggestions and even managed to upsell me a 1/2 price milkshake! The frisco melt was made exactly to order.. food was hot and shake was thick! In under 10 minutes! Not bad for fresh made food!

Family and I stopped for some shakes. They had a special going on which made jt even better. Everyone enjoyed their shakes and would revisit!

The manager was amazing and very helpful with everyone. She went over and above to make people feel good.

I've always loved Steak 'n Shake. Like everyone else, they're having troubles now, so I try to stop in for lunch whenever I can. This was my first time at the Crawfordsville location. It was reasonably clean, the food was great, and the service was pretty good. I'm probably nuts for saying this, but they should raise their prices a bit. I don't want them to go away, and right now they're cheaper than McDonald's.

First time at a Steak and Shake since the Pandemic fiasco. There are no wait staff here. You order on a kiosk and they holder your order number when it is ready. The food was very delicious.

We stopped after work Thursday night on ,March 15,2018. Our waitress Tosha was AMAZING!!! The food was EXCELLENT!! Service was EXCELLENT!!!! Enjoyed talking with Tosha as she made her way around to us and others she was tending to. This place could use more efficient, friendly, and energetic people as Tosha. It would be a better place no matter what time you stop to eat. Thank you Tosha. You're the BEST!!
