The staff are polite and joke around with you.😁 If you're a regular, they know you by name and what you want done.
Prices are typical.
Very skilled technicians.
My niece even decided she wanted to change 1 nail to match her sister and they did it happily.

VIP nails does an excellent job they get you in and out for a dip Manni & Peddi within 1.5 hrs., their prices are very reasonable as well

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Called around 10 for an appointment at 4 for two pedicures. Had about a 15min wait, then we were pampered beyond belief. On top of an excellent spa pedicure, they squeezed in my 5yr old daughter for a quick polish on her toes. The conversation was excellent, too! I would highly recommend stopping in! (Just make sure to book an appointment first!)

I always get my nails done by the owner of the shop. She is very kind, sweet, open and loves to talk. I enjoy the conversation. She does exactly what you want and if I do have a problem she fixes it immediately. I will always be coming back to get my nails done.

Jessica did my gel pedicure and was great. The color was perfect (never happens for me) and carried on a conversation with myself and the two women beside me (a rarity in my experience at nail salons). The water and towel was too hot for me at first, but she quickly remedied without any annoyance. Will definitely be going back!

Jessica is always so amazing with clients. She talks to you and she always makes conversation about my nail art and doesn't feel offended when I ask her not to paint my nails (unlike some other salons I've been to). Highly recommended!

My appointment was at 11:30. They were packed. So I had to stand (covid) they called me by name and got me a chair, my time in chair started at 12:10. I contemplated leaving and coming back. So glad I stayed! They again, called me by my name (bailey) and thanked me for waiting and being patient. Now, from the kindness, the nail job I got, I will never go anywhere again. She took her time. Thoroughly measured my nails. Checked for any rough spots, even though my nail did stab her hand before she did the powder stuff. Just. WOW. wow. Wow. Wow. Thank you so much!!!!

Was able to get an appointment the same day. Following proper social distancing, keeping everything clean. Now have separate tools, fingernail files, fingernail clippers, etc... For each customer. Each customer has their own plastic container with lid that has their name it, along with a number and the items inside are used ONLY on that customer. I think that's a great idea, obviously so they are not using the same tools/equipment on all the customers. You have to wait outside, until it's the exact time for your appointment and then an employee will come to the door and let you in. Was actually surprised they are doing all this because I've seen and heard of other nail salons not following proper procedures. Employees were nice and friendly.

I just get my nails painted 💅 with the gel temperature color changing it's my favorite polish!! I've had great experiences every time. No complaints from me

Highly recommended. Super outgoing and friendly staff. Make you feel right at home. One of the ladies who works there even got me a gift for my soon to be born son. They are just super kind. Love them all!!

Wife needed a pedicure & it had been awhile. I made appt here, got in next day at a time she wanted. Chinese run shop, accommodating for wife's condition. Guy on phone can be "short or rude sounding", but he is also serving a customer at same time and it is a busy shop. Tough for walkins, best to schedule day before.
We had to wait 10 min. for chair to open.
A man did my wife and she was pleased with how he did. She didn't want nail polish. We will be back. Heck, I may go for a pedicure also! Haha

The people are great and the way they do nails is amazing. They offer a lot of different things to better assist their customers.
