Menards

On Sunday, November 5th, I was at the store, and sn employee Franco was helping me look for grub killer. He searched throughout the yard, then found some on a top rack, buried behind several boxes. Thank you for the great customer service.

Never been to the Menards in Griffith, Indiana before. It was a very nice store. I liked the fact that it was one floor only. All the employees we encountered were friendly and very helpful. We bought solar deck lights there. The deck lights we bought are still working good. It is now March and they made it through the freezing weather and snow of northeast Indiana and are still working,

Store is well put together staff is very helpful to customers.shelfs are well stocked and neat.

Very friendly and excellent guest service. Very professional Building Meterials department. If you need that special item they will order it for you. My Klearvue kitchen was beautiful. Most advanced kitchen system around.

This particular experience was actually GREAT. Lately we have been very displaced with Menards at this location. This particular time we were helped and everybody was actually kind and polite and didn't treat us like animals. Special thanks to Iris and the security guard for going out of their way 😁.

Today, April 23rd. I was at the Gary, in menards on Ridge Rd between colfax and Calhoun. Had help at the contractor register in ordering the garden soil I needed. Paid for my order. Went in the back to pick up my 8 bags of garden soil. Found a young man name of Bryce who was willing to grab the bags and put them in the trunk of my car. So helpful, and much appreciated

One of the employees took the time to show us exactly where to find a thermostat for the home, and the cashier had a friendly smile and a positive attitude. Let me tell you! That is not the experience we usually receive at Home Depot or Lowes in Florida.

I love Menards.... My favorite place for home projects, gardening supplies and can even get help when trying to buy creative items for crafting... I have been talked through basic plumbing, cabinetry installation, counter top changing...by their staff.... I have learned a lot and done way more than I ever thought I could...

Menards is more than just a hardware store. They have pet supplies, kitchen supplies, toiletries, etc. Bottled water is very well priced. I usually go 1 to 2 times a month to get these items.

Just want to give Devin a shout out! As I was pushing 18 pieces of wood to my car, I was struggling as the wood kept falling off the cart in the parking lot. Devin Didn’t hesitate & came right over with another cart and helped me bring them to my car! Thanks so much!!

Every time I am here I have great customer service from the cashier Kaitlyn. She’s so friendly and helpful whenever I have questions! I love this store and it’s set up. Super easy to find what I need.

My husband and I love going to this menards. They are always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. One employee, Martin, has made a big impression on us and he always helps us with anything we need. He is one of the reasons why we keep coming back. Five stars all the way around.

The representative named "Kizzy", was extremely helpful. She took the time-out to show me where each of the items I needed were found. It's a very large store and it helps to have assistance such as that.

Menards is my "go to" place when I need hardware or anything they carry. The prices are usually cheaper than the other hardware stores. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. The best part was having a great rebate voucher from a previous purchase.

Always a great experience. People there treat you like a human and not just a credit card number. Highly rate this give stars. Great job to the people there.

Menards is good as long as you buy in-store. Online order pickup is horrendous at best even though they charge extra for it. But overall, Menards is my go-to home store.

Reasonable prices ,they have just about everything you're looking for.as far as building, landscaping, gardening good place to shop!
